The SERVICE department absolutely SUCKS when it comes to repairs. If you need ANY work done on your vehicle, please be prepared to drop it off, with NO timeframe when it will be returned, no follow ups (unless you continuously contact them), barely will get a loaner, if you even get one. They charge ENTIRELY too much, with no price transparency. And their service is extremely slow. I dropped my vehicle off on 7 October 24. I do not have it yet, and it is 8 Jan 2025. Every week they tell me “it’ll be Friday” and on Friday they tell me “it’ll be next week” and I haven’t gotten it yet. Today they were “done” but they supposedly received yet another error message that needs to be diagnosed. So I went from getting it back today, after MONTHS, to having NO real understanding of this new timeframe. They have continuously pushed the work back, put it on hold, and when they do work on my vehicle, they move as slow as possible. The warranty company said the work was estimated at 40 hours (one week). They have been “working” since 10 December, on a one week job…….. Audis have a lot of issues for whatever reason. And having THIS dealership as your only option in Memphis cancels out even having a luxury vehicle. Cause Audi will have it longer than you will.

We apologize if you were not contacted back in a timely manner. We strive to make sure all our customers have their inquires answered and follow-up is something we pride ourselves in. The only thing I may assume, is our electricity and phone systems were out during the freeze, as well as last week for 2 days. Again we apologize and hope that we can earn your business in the future.

My Q7 has been there for almost 3 weeks. They are not interested in fixing it because I have a caravan extended warranty I love my audi and would have bought a new one but would never trust this dealership…they offer no service. Beware. Service sucks!,,

We apologize if you have had any issues during your recent service visit to Audi Memphis. While our team works very hard to get all our vehicles in & out of service in the quickest time possible. There can be circumstances that may extend your service work-whether parts that are on back order (which has been an issue since the Pandemic began) or many other issues that may arise. Your warranty should not have any issue on your vehicle repair, but please give Jason Tripp our Service Manager a call at your convenience to discuss. update: Audi of Memphis must think i am stupid. I got called saying they will personally deliver my vehicle anywhere I choose but I'd have to pay $3000 for the oil separator which I was told the reason my truck would not start...mind you that I drove the truck to Audi and it had been working fine before they tampered with it and they still haven't fixed my A/C which is what I initially brought it in for. They told me that I could come in and purchase the compressor for my A/C. They all need firing.

If I could give a negative zero to infinity, I would. Took my truck August 2021 to get the A/C repaired in which I paid them for it. A month or so later, the A/C went back out. I called to get it looked at again and was told that they didn't have an opening until after Xmas. Called after Xmas and didn't get an appointment until April 2022. Was told my I needed to pay them again for the A/C because my fuse box was wet. Talked to Audi of America from June to August and was told to take the truck back in for another diagnosis in which they said they would take care of it. Got the diagnosis and Audi of Memphis still saying pay them for the A/C. So my truck is at the dealership and while their techs are tampering with it, found that now it won't start. They called me to tell me that I need to pay them an additional $3000 to fix that. It is October and they still have my truck. What do I look like paying them $3000 for a problem that was paid for in August of 2021 that didn't hold up for a month, then another $3000 for a problem their techs caused?

This was our first experience with Audi of Memphis and it was a great one! DeAndre is a super nice guy (very professional) and took great care of us. I was actually out of town on a business trip when I first called in on a Monday morning. It was my wife and son that went to the dealership that afternoon for a test drive. Needless to say, we closed the deal the next afternoon and love the car. However, it was our salesperson Dre that made the difference here! I can't say enough. Brian also was super friendly and easy to work with...great teamwork.

Drove from Indianapolis to pick up a Audi A6 from a
Drove from Indianapolis to pick up a Audi A6 from a private seller in Memphis. Noticed it was low on oil so I took it in to Audi Memphis, they were booked out till mid April! A service consultant Jeff Massey said he could help me out, topped off all my fluids and had me in and out in 20 minutes!! Best of all it was no charge! These guys really helped me out of bind. Great friendly customer service here! A+ Thanks again for all your help!

Poor service department
Poor service department! Brought my 2018 Audi in Oct.6, 2021. Picked it up today Oct. 30, 2021. Not fixed Paid 1400.00 to repair a rubbing sound on the right side, passenger side, they said it was the front brakes, so they replaced the brakes! Evidently that was not the problem!!! I will be bringing it back!

Tracy did say that they had to order the part that was required but rest assured we will get on your vehicle repair as soon as we receive the part. Terrible Morals
The salesperson was nice and considerate but either owner or boss was a sorry person. I test drove a Tahoe and started buying process and while waiting, another customer came in wanting vehicle. So they waited on them and took their offer over mine because they offered more than I did. Not good business when price had been agreed on before the other customer. Wouldn't recommend this place to a sworn enemy

There was a customer that was waiting for their financing to be approved prior to you test driving the vehicle. We apologize that you were not informed that an agreement was working on the Tahoe that you were interested in buying.
