WARNING - BAIT & SWITCH ON PRICING! Very bad experience. I drove almost 2 hours in traffic from the SF valley to West Covina but it was a waste of... my time and gas. I texted and spoke to their internet sales prior to going there and she confirmed that they will honor the price of the new F150 for $29,548. I even email them the screen capture of the AutoTrader ads with VIN# **1497 and picture of the red F150. When I arrived at 5pm the truck did not start and had a dead battery. The salesman (Chris H) who was nice apologized for the inconvinience. They finally started it after half an hour of waiting. I was able to test drive it and I told them I will buy it for $29,548+fees. I completed the application with $10,000 down and will finance the rest with excellent credit which they verified. When the fleet sales manager (Manny) presented the paperwork, he said the price was $35,298. I asked him what about the internet price by Autotrader ads that I emailed his sales department?? He said that it was a "COMPUTER ERROR" that somebody entered the rebates wrong or twice!!! He said the best price he could do was $32,458. We argued and I showed him the price on my phone and the email which he ignored. He said the Internet sales dept and the salesman did not know about this error. This was definitely a case of "BAIT & SWITCH" on pricing. This manager is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. This dealership don't deserve my business!!!

This dealership is great with servicing my car. Friendly, thorough, and explains everything I need if repairs are needed. There’s a dealer closer... to me but hard to get an appointment there so I go here bc they reach out and do a good job.
Awesome buying experience! Kyle Matthews is a great salesman who is very knowledgeable of the Ford truck we were buying! Allen in Finance made the financing... portion of the deal very easy. He went above the call of duty to get us the best deal possible! My husband and I will definitely be going back to Ford of West Covina in the future!!
Wrost dealer ever!! Wrost customer service!! No one ever called back to follow up, and to top it off they did a worst deal!! I can go on and on of all... the bad things they did! So I ended up returning the car back..

Worst customer service ever, will never purchase from them was on my way to purchase a vehicle mind you I told salesperson I lived about 3 hrs away, half... way there Jessica from dealership calls me vehicle has sold this was on a Saturday. Tuesday comes around Jason a sales person calls me that they still have the vehicle I was interested available so I head out Wednesday 30 min away Chris calls me from the sales team vehicle sold. I was really upset because they just wasted my time. Never again will I deal with them...
They were so helpful and followed up about a concern I had with my car. Karina explained it to me so well and encouraged me to look at the website for... special offers. Had my car ready before time and we’re very welcoming.

May 15, 2018 SALES VISIT - NEW "The worst experience on buying a car" - Alonso My husband and I went to buy our lease Ford Explorer, Ford Credit... told us that we have to go to the original dealer, at first we wanted to buy a new Expedition 2018, but they raise the original price up to $9000 more, we get so discouraged, we told the salesman that we’ll just keep our Explorer , he wasted our time and came back not doing anything, he even tell me “ you are so picky “ so we left. Came back with our bank loan to make the purchase, they refused, run my husband credit, we told many times that just use our loan, again waste our time, leave at 10 pm tired and frustrating. Came back next Saturday at 1 pm show the loan letter approval, waiting for 2 hour, they told us that they can’t do that, that we have to use one of the financial agencies, they even toll us that our car was total loss because an accident, that’s never happened, throwing a empty contact on the table and told us to take to the bank, wen we have our confirmation number and everything right, after 3 hours they agreed to make the contact, when we signed we asked so many times that it was going through our bank loan they said yes. We think everything was ok now. But 2 weeks later we receive a letter from Ally financial, given the welcome for our purchase of a Ford Explorer, went back to fix this and they say nothing to do , it’s wasn’t there fault, they didn’t now, that we to refinancing with our bank. They keep our approval letter and never finding again, just disappear. So now we are struggling, looking to fix the mistake they made. Everybody there was disrespectful to us , we were they customers, wasting our time, not wanting to help us or care, this is the worst experience we have on buying any car. Please make your a big favor and don’t go to this dealer.
