This dealership is a absolutely horrible experience bottom line waste of your time mandatory accessories to buy on every vehicle charges over $4,000 and... not mentioned at all or removed under no circumstances. General Management Michael Hernandez has no problem lying to your face and commiting solutions then avoiding you at all cost. Do not waste your time this place has no leadership guidance or integrity what so ever.
Advised a used camry for $17.995. Came in and test drove the veh with salesperson Javier Marquez. Made a offer on the veh only to be told that every car... and truck on the lot had a ( CONVENIENCE PACKAGE ) added to it a cost of $3995) over and above the advertised price of each veh. When i complained i was told to read the small print....WHAT A SCAM >>>>>>
Awesome buying experience! Kyle Matthews is a great salesman who is very knowledgeable of the Ford truck we were buying! Allen in Finance made the financing... portion of the deal very easy. He went above the call of duty to get us the best deal possible! My husband and I will definitely be going back to Ford of West Covina in the future!!
The prices advertised online do not reflect what you will pay. They have non-optional modifications on each car, and will let you walk away from an offer... before removing the option. Our sales guy was nice enough, but the manager and finance guy were legitimately slimy. Our one condition to purchasing was removing the non-optional modifications, and they wouldn't budge on the basis that "all dealers do this" - newsflash; they don't. I'd just bought a car months earlier, and none of the other dealerships I visited had non-optional modifications; I was able to decline every one without a problem. At a managerial level this dealership is shady, and even admitted to lying about their pricing in advertisements as a way to get people in the door. Pretty xxxxing arrogant to tell your customers you lie, and don't care. xxxx this dealership, stay as far away as you can.
I strongly believe that community residents should support businesses within their community. For this reason, we opted to visit one of our local dealerships.... However, per my experience that took place on Monday, April 8, 2019, with Edmond, I am appalled that he is allowed to conduct business as he does - dishonest rude tactics. Talking circles to a consumer when "attempting" to finalize a deal is a reflection of a person's character and integrity. As it relates to this man - it is truly questionable. Someone needs to educate Edmond on the "golden rule." If you treat others the way you would want to be treated, you'll find many more return customers and referrals coming your way. I am also surprised that the Management of this dealership is turning a blind eye. You certainly do not want nor need non-reputable staff members on your team. Hopefully, someone is mindful of what is taking place at this dealership.
The 800 number for Service Option 2 ends up in sales. They hung up on my 5 TIMES! Went into voice mail 3 TIMES! POOR

I rated this service facility good in the past. This time service department was difficult to contact, service manager did not returm my phone call. What... was supposed to have been a repair covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (Federal Emissions Warranty) was denied by the service department eventhough my vehicle was clearly shown qualified for such service. Dissapointed about this place and the Ford brand when the service department’s service advisor insisted the problem was not covered eventhough warranty book said otherwise.

Great experience helping me find what I was looking for and staying after while I completed the sale. Even after the sale was over I had ongoing great... customer service experience and they expedited my install for accessories! Their pricing was far superior to the dealers closer to me in Orange County.

I liked that I was able to get my vehicle serviced without an appointment considering it was a major service performed. Dealer offered a vehicle service... menu from which different types of bundled services at set prices can be selected. Pricing was very competitive and did not find the same offer at other dealers.

WARNING - BAIT & SWITCH ON PRICING! Very bad experience. I drove almost 2 hours in traffic from the SF valley to West Covina but it was a waste of my... time and gas. I texted and spoke to their internet sales prior to going there and she confirmed that they will honor the price of the new F150 for $29,548. I even email them the screen capture of the AutoTrader ads with VIN# **1497 and picture of the red F150. When I arrived at 5pm the truck did not start and had a dead battery. The salesman (Chris H) who was nice apologized for the inconvinience. They finally started it after half an hour of waiting. I was able to test drive it and I told them I will buy it for $29,548+fees. I completed the application with $10,000 down and will finance the rest with excellent credit which they verified. When the fleet sales manager (Manny) presented the paperwork, he said the price was $35,298. I asked him what about the internet price by Autotrader ads that I emailed his sales department?? He said that it was a "COMPUTER ERROR" that somebody entered the rebates wrong or twice!!! He said the best price he could do was $32,458. We argued and I showed him the price on my phone and the email which he ignored. He said the Internet sales dept and the salesman did not know about this error. This was definitely a case of "BAIT & SWITCH" on pricing. This manager is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. This dealership don't deserve my business!!!
