WARNING DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE)There are nice to you when you buy a car or to take your money but if you go back for service you... will be uhappy I took my car for oil change I had no oil leak 3 days after I noticed drops of oil under the car I took it back and the service manager (jim raj) was so rude and refused to help me had bad attitude and bad customer service told me I have to leave the dealership Because there's nothing he can do for me I think (Jim raj ) Very unprofessional and should not work with Customer service I will go somewhere else to service my cars. I will report it to BBB for bad customer service

I drive a 2001 Honda Civic. The majority of service work has been done at La Fontaine Honda in Dearborn. Our repairs and recalls have been done in a... reasonable amount of time. They stand behind their repairs if a problems comes up later. We appreciate being given options for repair should they be available. Staff are always polite and professional. We feel fortunate to have this service in our area.
Walked in knowing we wanted a 2019 Ridgeline. We talked to Dean and worked on some numbers and he gave us a good amount for our trade in. And drove the... truck home the same day.
We agreed to buy buy a new 2017 Honda for the lowest price we could find. The next day they said the car was no longer available so they gave us the identical... 2018 car for the same price. They were kind, worked with us and definitely deserve your consideration.

I called nearly every Honda dealer in Michigan looking for a fair deal on a 2017 Ridgeline. Lafontaine responded promptly, listened to what I was looking... for, found it in the color I wanted, and worked out a price no other dealer could match. Worth driving from Lansing to Dearborn for that kind of service.
