I bought an a vehicle and after 11 days it broke, thy had it in their possession for 29 days after that, I went through 2 loaners in that part recesses,... had it for a few more days then it broke again because they didn’t actually didn’t the problem I brought it in for apparently. So now I’m on my 4th loaner and in total I’ve had my own vehicle in my possession for 16 days while they have had it for almost 2 months. This place sucks go elsewhere, I bought a used car from a sketchy place in town and it never had an issue. this is all bull crap and the incompetence of quality is terrifying here

Bought a vehicle here a month ago. The guy whom sold the car to me was great. Everything else was terrible. Finance guy called me in regards to my payments,... and then he told me that he walked out and just left because he was tired of being thrown under the bus. Someone completely new went over my finance paperwork. Then got my wheels set up to be painted with Alloy Wheel specialist on a Tuesday @0900. Took my car in, they had nothing ready, including a rental car. I live out west and they didn't seem to care. I got it scheduled to bring in the next day at 0900 before work. I called before I wasted my time driving 15 minutes out east and they left me on hold for 20 minutes and magically the service "advisor" Chad, is always with a customer and has no time to call people back. They took my name and number and promised that he would call back in regards to my truck. I finally got ahold of the guy who sold my truck to me, and HE was the one who had gotten me set up with a rental truck until my truck was finished. It was yesterday that my truck was suppose to be done. I called before I headed that way and they had me on hold. I started that way and told the lady on the phone that I am headed that way, after she told me that Chad was unavailable, again... When I told her that I was on my way, I suddenly got two calls from Chad. He had time to call me when I was on my way... interesting enough. He told me my car was not ready. He could have sent a text and told me instead of me having to reach out to them in regards to my truck. I will never buy a vehicle from here again. Sales guy (Chris K), great guy. Good customer service. Everything else, TERRIBLE.

My salesman Nate showed us all the features on a new CT6 but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Another salesman overheard me wanting a white one and... about 15 mins later pulled up with a 2017 that had everything I wanted . They let me take it overnight and I came back and bought it . Couldn’t be happier.

I have owned eight new Cadillacs in my life and I have never encountered such an unprofessional dealership in my life. We entered the showroom with music... so loud you couldn’t even think. The sales person was totally disorganized and was going from one side of the room to the other and then stopped to talk to another customer while we were waiting. I ask for a brochure the best thing they could come up with after 15 minutes of waiting was this hugh thing that must have hung on the wall somewhere. Then finally someone else found a brochure and brought it to me it was a 2017. They offered me a rediculously low price for my car, a 2016 SRX with 15250.00 miles on it. The man in charge of that decision came over and was less than congenial. I’m going to buy a new Cadillac SUV but it will not be from here. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I brought it in for a tire issue but also because it was nearing the new oil service life and had a small rough idle issue. They listened to my concerns,... checked the idle, changed the oil, rotated the tires and quickly notified me via text that it was ready. That’s how service is supposed to work. I wish I had that good of an experience on the sales end.
