Lebanon Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Hours
"Proudly serving the Cincinnati & Dayton area!"
My salesperson Zack was very patient and helpful during the purchase of my used truck from the dealership. I drove about 30 miles to see it test drive... .
I had absolutely intimidating experience with this dealership today. My friend and I drove over 2 hours to dealership to take a look at used car that appeared... to be in decent condition, only to find out that the car turned out to be a piece of junk. Their listing online did not state or indicate any cosmetic problem and non-functional adaptive cruise control. When we brought up this issue to the salesman, he irresponsibly said that they are not obligated to notify about damages for used cars. Based on salesperson’s attitude, I would highly recommend to stay away from this dealership, as they are very irresponsible. I would give them 0 if i could.
Don’t waste your time. Called about a truck, asked for more pictures because I live 4 hrs away,4 salespeople later and 5 days later, no picture’s... , no call back. Finally get a salesman that said he would get me some pictures, 8 hrs later call’s me back and says they just sold it 20 minutes ago.
Austin did a fantastic job! Gordon the owner is really personable and knows his stuff. Could have had a better experience. We will be back!!
Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help you get you in the right vehicle that fits your needs. They treat everyone the same and I like that about... this dealership.
Friendly, accommodating, flexible. Helpful at every turn.
Nothing but great things to say about this dealer. Zach got in contact with me and even text messaged me as I'm not able to answer working much. The process... was smooth sailing all the way around. Biggest thing though was I had a rental due to being in an accident that Zach went out of his way to return for me! Very good experience doing business here.
They had a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor listed at several used car websites - I contacted the dealer and asked a lot of questions because... I needed to know if it would be worth making a 2 hour (one way) trip. The salesman seemed responsive and we exchanged several emails; he sent me several good photos of the car and answered all my questions quickly - BUT just about every answer he gave me turned out to be wrong, a few I knew were wrong from what I could see in the photos, others I didn't find out about until later. The car itself is excellent, but the dealership misrepresented it in response to nearly every question I asked. Questions ranging from the rear end ratio to whether or not the rear seat interior door handles worked, and whether or not there were any plugged holes in the roof. I don't think the wrong answers were deliberate but just a combination of not knowing anything about the car and not bothering to check. When I showed up at the dealer at the time we had discussed in email, the salesman wasn't available. I had to wait a half-hour before they figured out he was with another customer, then had to wait another half-hour before I could see the car because I was told their mechanic had gone to lunch with the keys in his pocket. They told me the mechanic had been just about to replace all four shocks and the front sway bar. I drove the car anyway and it drove just fine so I agreed to buy it. Then came the usual haggling as they wanted to add bogus extra charges. Finally we agreed on an out-the-door price that was only $100 over the original asking price (note that I am an out of state buyer so the out-the-door price did not include any sales tax or registration, just the title transfer). AFTER that deal was "approved by the sales manager" then came another up-sell attempt - supposedly the sales manager had planned to raise the asking price once the mechanic finished replacing the shocks and sway bar, so I could either take the car as-is at the price we had just agreed, or I could pay $600 more to have them do the shocks and sway bar that their mechanic supposedly said it needed. Having driven the car I agreed to take it as-is without the new shocks and sway bar. It took more than another hour before they could get the paperwork done, then I drove the car home (2 hours on the interstate at about 75MPH). I had my own mechanic check it and he said that he could not find any reason why anyone would want to change the shocks and sway bar. The only reason either of us could think of would have been that they didn't know how a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor was supposed to ride and were trying to make it ride as soft as a Crown Vic LX. A week later I got an envelope in the mail from this dealer, I had hoped it might have been the title, but it turned out to be an APPLICATION for the title, that the dealer's person who does nothing but the sales paperwork had somehow failed to have me sign. Overall, I got a great car at a good price, but I wouldn't go to Lebanon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again for any reason.
