As for internet shopping. And drive by visiting of Las Vegas Dealers. I look at the ways they display and the info they place on the vehicles windows.... Some good, some not good, some perfect. Clean displays and signs and cleanliness of vehicles. Do I want to stop and shop or pass on by. Sales men, sometimes overwhelm you and are pushy. Some over dress, this is a desert community, Should dress casual and appropriate and not looking cheap or expensive clothing. Let the shopper shop and ask questions. Some dealers over colluder the dealership with vehicles, Should show a verity of inexpensive to to expensive vehicles, to give the shopper a choice. Although the streets belong to the city, and the city doesn't always clean the curbs and walks. Dealers should make an effort to keep those areas clean and enhance the looks of the dealership where a potential customer feels good and safe to park and shop. Make it clean and comfortable your the salesmen and the customer. Then, some dealership take you inside to possible get you to buy. Some sales booths are ugly. Again, a pleasant area with comfortable chairs and minus the salesmen huge cluttered desk. Then sales man calls for the manager who stands by the sales man, don't hover higher over sales man and customer, should make themselves look equal and trusting. And explain everything to the customer and should always give gifts. Not to take home into their house, but for the vehicle they have purchased and don't be cheap about the gift. Dealer needs word of mouth as well as advertisements. You want your customer to leave with excitement not just happy and in debt "again". I have surveyed many dealerships. Ray's Review
