Andrea was wonderful. She was helpful and took great care of us. Some bumps in the process, but she took control to fix the problem - which is rare.

I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.

Did not have part to complete repair in one visit. Difficult to make an appointment to get vehicle repaired.

Wheel balance was not scheduled when car was in for body repair. I called service department and they were able to schedule it the following week and complete the service within the projected time
