Great Service

Even though I stopped by the dealership later the same day for a brief tutorial, I was pleasantly surprised that my new car could be delivered to me. This was especially helpful since my own car was not working at the time. My salesman, Lucas Hirt, did an A+ job. He was quick to answer my questions about the different Subaru models and the paperwork went very smoothly. Even when the car did not come in when we expected it to, he was very reassuring and kept me up to date on its progress. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Trustworth

Trustworthy. My Subaru is 9 years old and I probably could go for service to my local auto mechanic but Fox has done such a good job so far I keep coming back.

Outstanding Subaru Customer Service

I have already shared my experience with a number of folks. I was greeted upon arrival, shown to the waiting area and given a number to call if I needed anything. They completed the service in record time, then I was shown out to my car - serviced, washed and ready to go. It was remarkable.

Every person I encountered was helpful, answered my questions and responsive when I reached out via email, phone or text message. Dwayne Boyd went the extra mile making sure I got a fair trade in value and arranged to bring that vehicle from the repair shop.

Not sure what to put here

Joe was very helpful and kept me updated on my vehicle consistently. The dealership was clean and felt very welcoming. Haley was also very helpful and accommodating.

Great service and hospitality

Caden greeted me at the door and helped me with any question’s or inquiry I had about the vehicles I looked at. Wasn’t pushy and gave me options and Jonathan did a excellent job wrapping up the deal explaining every detail.
