    Came here needing a bigger vehicle for my growing family and my Fiesta wouldn't cut it. Was originally looking for a completely different car and came... across the Eclipse Cross without even knowing of it's release. Saw Harris had plenty in stock and the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of SUV you got. Set up an appointment and told them we are leary of a bad experience at a Ford dealer the previous day. But, this was an enjoyable experience. We looked at 3 different SUV's test drove two and walked out with the Eclipse. They were so patient and the honesty went a long way. I will say the place is a bit old but they are making the best of it. Thank you for the Eclipse. I enjoy it every day!

    Wife and I were looking to possibly buy a used SUV so we'd have an easier time getting around rougher terrain for skiing/hiking. Found a few vehicles on... various sites and wrote a few dealers to see if they were available so we could make a list of which ones we wanted to go see in person and in what order. Most dealerships wrote us the day after our inquiry and then followed up a few days later. Jacob at Harris sent 5 emails in about 48 hours, with increasingly pushy language (news flash: putting a "haha" in after snooty language doesn't make it okay, it makes it more annoying). I get that these guys need to sell, but as soon as a guy starts making these pressure plays the second I send an inquiry, I don't even want to know what it would be like if he actually got me in their dealership. We've removed their vehicle as an option for us because we don't want to deal with unprofessional constant badgering like that.

    Went in looking solely for a cash-only trade in for my Mazda3 Hatchback. Was not overly pressured from the staff and was given a fair assesment of the... worth of the vehicle. After some very simple and painless negotiation, I was given a decent deal! The staff was always friendly and I was treated like a human, not a lawyer in a courtroom. Would recommend talking to these guys and gals if you're interested in selling or trading in your vehicle!

    Sold me a used car with 1 key and told me after the contract was signed only 1 key was being provided. Acted like they didn't know. Tried to give me... a higher interest rate but when I questioned it, they gave me a lower one. Then called me back 7 days later and told me they could not give me the lower interest rate as it was not available. Had to send someone up to me to resign all of the paperwork. And lastly, the vehicle I was getting was supposed to be a Ford Certified used vehicle. That would be great if the air conditioning worked. Luckily it was under warranty, so I had to waste my time taking it to the dealer to get fixed. Overall, terrible experience with all of the above including being threatened by the General Manager and another salesperson with taking my contract/vehicle away from me after the contract was signed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Your typical car/used car salesman experience.
