Not doing the correct service request
Didn't think thevdealership could do a repair that was specifically told to them not to be done this time. Hence, the repair that was extremely important and needed be done was not affordable with that time.
Lazy or forgetful?
Took my car in for service, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. After the service I noticed they didn't do a tire rotation as well as a vaccuumm sweeping and tire pressure check. Tire pressure was supposed to be at 35psi. Three tires were around low to mid 20's discovered 3 days later. The paper work they give you for a general inspection in my opinion was "pencil" whipped. Keep an eye on work being done.

I can't say enough about Bluffton Family Ford! I found their vehicle online and reached out via the web. They responded same day. Their customer service was top notch. I never once felt pressured from any of their staff. I was in a lease with another car company and Todd from Bluffton Family Ford sat down with me for an hour (on a busy Saturday) to review my lease with me and answered questions that I had. Unfortunately we found out that I was unable to walk a way with a car that day due to my lease. Even after finding out this information, the finance manager Linda sat down with me and assisted me with available options moving forward with my lease. I was taken back by how helpful they were knowing that I wasn't leaving with a new car. To me this showed that the word 'family' isn't just a name in their title, they live it up to. I am proud to say I was able to come back after working through my lease and purchase a car from them. I'm very lucky to have worked with such great staff. Throughout this process I stayed in touch with Brett and he provided honest and quick feedback the whole time! While we are almost two hours away, I will still be referring people their way!
