Everyone at Courtesy Kia is great! They do a wonderful job, they are friendly and knowledgeable and treat you with respect. I will go back to this dealership... should I buy another car but as of now I love my Kia Cadenza. I might trade it for a new one when my warranty expires.
Courtesy Kia salesman Dennis Derby is great, bought from him before, the finance guy, he is just a dick! I’ve owned 130 cars in my time probably financed... 75, felt with the finance guys at the dealers, but this guy takes the cake!

This is our fourth vehicle we have bought from Missy Day at Courtesy Nissan. She is amazing!!! She listens to your wants and needs and goes the extra... mile to make it happen. Even after purchasing our vehicles we know she is always there and has our back when It comes to any services we may need. There was absolutely no pressure and everything was handled In a timely manner! I have highly recommended this dealership to all of my friends and family. Awesome experience. Went in and spoke with Dan Johnson and Missy Day about what we wanted. My wife will be the primary driver as I have Parkinson's... and only drive a little bit in town. We wanted a vehicle with 3 rows of seats to accommodate picking up 3 grandchildren from school and taking family trips. The first vehicle we test drove was a used vehicle under our price range. No pressure was placed on us at all. She didn't love it and we felt more comfortable in a longer warranty so a demo Sorento was test driven that was only 2 row seat but same size as a 3. Missy Day rode along as the wife was nervous with the vehicle. During the drive questions were asked and answered. Missy would ask if we knew this or that, try this and that out. Park the car, up and down hill. The backup camera system took away the fear of parking a big vehicle. The conversation helped us decide on the vehicle instead of a more pricey and less gas mileage vehicle we would compare with at Courtesy also. A smaller sale but happy customer could be considered a sacrifice for a salesperson. The knowledge and attention to our wants was amazing. The wife loves it, I enjoy riding in it. Missy told us to come in and speak personally to her if need help with operating all the features we have to learn. She also programmed the cell phone stuff which we would not have been able to do. I would recommend Courtesy and the wonderful Dan and totally awesome Missy with out hesitation. I had a KiaOptima from there in 2004, next car was a Focus and we are back to Kia dealer. That says a lot! The bad news is we now have car payment to pay each month.
Great store and great people. Great selection of vans to choose from. Entire transaction was fast and easy.
