Everyone was exceptionally personable and helpful....

Everyone was exceptionally personable and helpful. Chrissi was entuned to our specific needs and anticipated those we hadn't expressed. Denise worked to get us and agreeable situation that worked best for us and accomplished the deal in a timely fashion. This is our second experience in working with them and would continue to in the future to shop vehicles with Pettus Ford. In my opinion Chrissi and Denise are true assets to the Pettus Ford team.

Make sure you keep on the sales team to push your paperwork through. Backstory: I called and expressed my interest in a truck that they had on the lot. Being out of state I was unable to see it in person, so I asked the sales person to inspect underneath and let me know of any rust or whatnot. That all went well. I told him that I would discuss the truck with my wife and call them the next day. Next day comes, the salesman does check back with me at noon. I told him I was still interested. I had some offers to purchase my current truck, but would be more convenient if they offered me a good price and I could just drive it and make the swap with them. I sent him the photos and information requested to get a general quote on what they would offer by 2 pm. Around 4:30 I still hadn’t gotten a quote. I called to check and the salesman said that he was off that day and would get me the quote in the morning. I then said well can I put a deposit down? I do not want the truck to be sold while I wait for you to get me that quote. He said he doubts that would happen. I insist that he check and call me back. Turns out that during the time I was waiting on him to do his job between 2 and 4:30 someone else made an offer and was supposed to be sending a check. Keep in mind, the only thing I was waiting for was a trade in value. I already had offers on my truck, so I was ready to buy. I would have went ahead and sent the check earlier that day. Due to the salesman’s poor follow through, the truck I was ready and first in line to purchase was sold to someone else. Be careful who you work with and make sure that they follow through as fast as possible.

Deceptive waste of my time. OTD terms clearly discussed...

Deceptive waste of my time. OTD terms clearly discussed and were agreed to be reasonable and I would not be wasting my time to come close the deal. Fault me for respecting and trusting this dealership. I drive 90 minutes with the deal established, get onsite and the price goes up over $5000 based on a "we thought" we could do better but can't response. Pretty sure the sales manager, who didn't bother showing face, and sales person knew that before I left. Not a good experience.

Great people,answered all my questions, kept me updated on everything going on. Excellent service ,answered questions I thought was silly but they answered anyway, listened to what I wanted and worked toward that.

The sales staff helped with all my needs and there was no hidden features everything was up front everything was priced fairly enjoyed my experience the salesman help me set everything up after I bought it well recommend others to go there.

Awsome

Easy and painless approval very fast and kept us up to date on everything the car was in a barrowers lease let us take the car with dealer plates and signed the papers the next day everyone was very nice and helpful will be going back next time I purchase a vehicle
