    I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from a Spanish Fork dealer(D.S.C.P.)(bad experience). That night wife smells gasoline odor in the car, I pass it off as... cleaning smell. Next morning definite fuel smell in car. I travel to Doug Smith Kia. Kazlen and Dave listened to my rants about the other dealer and the situation, then had a tech check fuel pump etc.( turns out D.S.P.C. person spilled gas on passenger side floor. ) Dave sent the car out for a detail and tried to remedy the situation. THAT was going ABOVE and BEYOND! They could have told me get lost but they helped me even though they had no obligation. THANK YOU for truly GREAT customer service. You have a new customer for life! Dave, you are a credit to the profession, you manage a very customer oriented dealership. Kazlen, THANKS for your listening ear and assistance. Wish I had purchased the car from you!     Just bought a new 2018 Stinger G2 from Doug Smith Kia. Treated royally, no pressure, lots of help and good honest treatment. Financing was a breeze,... Darin Elggren was awesome as were Dave Smith and Jeff Hartley. I have never had a better car buying experience from top to bottom. I have my wife's Kia Sportage serviced here and the service is excellent as well. This is an awesome dealership and easy to get to from Salt Lake. Thanks Doug!

    I went to the Kia dealership and Darin helped me. I went to look at a few cars not sure what I wanted. Darin was so great at explaining the information... between buying and leasing and answering all my questions. He was very patient through the whole process.

    My husband called to schedule an appointment with Bjorn Nielsen to look at a Sorento. He actually came in on his day off to meet with me. Then they bent... over backwards to get us the price we could afford. They came in $1600 less than the other dealer we were looking at. I will never forget that. I would give them 5 stars except that to get the financing took hours. I was at the dealership for 6 hours before I could drive the car home. That was too long.

    I wanted to look at Subarus and met with Parker Smith. He was so knowledgeable and so willing to share his knowledge about all of the cars, regardless... of their brand. I appreciated all of his comments; the pros and cons of every vehicle There was never any pressure, he took time explaining the differences between the styles and options I wanted to see. He allowed me to ask all of my questions and there was no rush no hurry, it was my decision and he allowed me to make it in my time He focused on what I was looking for, what I told him specifically I needed and wanted and he found me the perfect Outback at a fantastic price and it included more specs than I knew ask for. I’ve been happy ever since with my car. I have already recommended him to 5 people. Thank you, Parker.

    Wow--Darin was awesome & the process quite painless. I'm very impressed with our new KIA Sorento SLX. It's fully loaded and has every option you could... possilbly need and more. The drive is quiet and comfortable. I LOVE the front seat extenders! What a great option KIA.

    My wife and recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Kia Sorento. Since the purchase we have been nothing short of satisfied with our choice. The... vehicle is like new and we have not had any problems. The Kia warranties are unmatched and gave us added confidence in our purchase. What we were most impressed with was our overall buying experience. This was our first car we bought from a dealership and we were fairly hesitant because everyone we spoke to had negative stories about buying a car and dealing with a dealership. That was not the case at all at the Doug Smith Kia Dealership. First off, they were the only dealership our friends and colleagues said good things about so we decided to go with them. The minute we were there we felt welcomed and not pressured at all. Fortunately we were able to work with the best salesman…Zachary Hansen. He was the most cheerful, laid back guy. He listened to everything we wanted and showed us just that. Never once did he try to persuade us in a different direction. Even our test drive with him was fun and relaxing. Zach seriously made all the difference in the world and actually made our first time experience so good we said we’re coming back to him and getting another car soon. He even went out of his way to get us some trade in money for our old car, which I didn’t think we could anything. He also kept in touch and sent us some friendly letters in the mail to thank us and make sure we were doing well. If you are in the market for a Kia or any car, I fully endorse and recommend Doug Smith. Ask for Zachary Hansen! You will not regret it.
