I have been purchasing vehicles for more than fifty years’ time. I have a close friend who owned a Subaru dealership in Brooklyn so I have purchased several Subarus with great satisfaction. I gave my daughter a new Subaru for her 50th birthday through Julio at Pembroke Pines Subaru. The sale was complicated but Julio handled those complications without ever being anything but polite and helpful. We must have had two dozen texts and phone calls. During that whole experience, Julio was everything a salesperson should be: honest, knowledgeable, and effective. Years later, when my daughter had moved to Maryland, I needed some information and Julio responded after finding the sales file in archives within an hour, knowing Lauren had moved from Florida years ago. That’s the type of salesperson that any potential customer should seek out and that Pembroke Pines should celebrate. There is no better advertisement than a reputation for excellence.

I purchased my vehicle on 2/8/2025 from Fred Carey. I met him a year ago and I returned to purchase. I appreciate his candor, transparency, and humor. He took care of me and I had to return on Wednesday, 2/12/2025 as I needed an additional key and window tinted. The service was very efficient. I will definitely refer people to Fred Carey.

There were two things I hated doing. Visiting the dentist and dealing with car dealers. Now I only hate going to the dentist. From the moment I entered the dealership till the time I drove off with the new Subaru everything and everyone was patient and most importantly not pushy. They never tried to sell me anything I really did not need.
