My 20 y/o daughter called to tell me that RT(service advisor) said her transmission was bad in her 2015 Kia. I didn't believe him, and thought they were... taking advantage of her. I called the shop and acted like a complete a$$. Turned out that RT and the service department replaced the transmission and fixed the car for under $100. They took care of my daughter and I was wrong about them. If every repair shop was this honest, non of us would automatically think that mechanics are trying to take advantage. I am a grown man though, and I can admit when I was wrong, and I was. RT and the service department at Southern Lynnhaven took care of my daughter. I live in Missouri and my little girl (20) is a new Sailor in the US Navy. They were honest, fair, and I completely misjudged them. Thank You to all of the Moms and Dads who work in that shop. You deserve a medal, and certainly didn't deserve what I said to you all. Sorry, and Thank You for your honesty.
I'm writing back regarding a follow up to my prior experience. Tammy Millspaugh the Service Manager is wonderful. She quickly realized my situation and... made sure my rental was covered and I received a discount on entire services. In the end I needed new keys to match the cylinder replacement. They were covered as well. She explained how important their customers are to them. I believe her and recommend Southern Lynnhaven Kia! Thank you, Tammy for making things right!!
They did everything possible to make customers comfortable and social distances. repairs were done in an efficient and timely manner. Lifetime customer... in buying and repairs.
They did an excellent job. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The girl who helped me was young but her drive was awesome. I will definitely tell my... friends to check them out when looking for a new or used vehicle.
I am not ranking facilities nor cost of repairs. Only review of service. Dropped of my car at this place because is where I bought it 4 years ago and it... is still under warranty. Car was there for a week, transportation was never offered. after repairs where complete I go to pick up my car and my car was all dirty. My car is white with pearl nappa leather seats, any dirt is noticeable. Also the interior smelled like oil. I complained and was told my car was going to be detailed. I return to pickup my car and was not clean. Looks like they have sprayed something in it but they never detailed my car. Not happy with this place.
I met with Johnnie Jordan on Monday the 2nd and was just very pleased with his overall customer service, as I was shopping for a new Kia soul for my... daughter. My overall experience was truly exceptional and I look forward to consulting with him in the near future. Great Job Johnnie Jordan!!��
Terrible service since day one! Every time I try to have my car serviced it is a complete hassle. I've bought many cars from southern and they will never... change. Due to the lack of customer service this is my last.
I spoke to salesmen Bryan Evans regarding purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. I did make the purchase at the time, but he was a pleasure to deal with... after dealing with some unsavory car salesmen. I will make a purchase with him when the time is right and refer him to my associates.
Excellent costumer service. My salesman Alphonso did a great job. the sales process was very smooth and I was in and out in no time compared to other dealerships.
Y'ALLLLLL!!!! Southern Kia is the BOMB.COM!!! My salesman Noel Ayala was on it! He was extremely informative and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk... me through each process, step by step without leaving out any minor details. He was sure to provide me with several options regarding my vehicle choice. He listened and was straight to the point. He was never pushy and was very respectful of my budget. Noel efficiently facilitated the application and paperwork for my out of state co-signer. He followed me through the process each step of the way, introducing me to the sales manager, the after market team member and my financial director. Unfortunately, the only subpar quality I would say about Noel, is that he for some unforsaken reason, prefers Taco Bell over CHICK-FILA!!!! PSH! Please! Besides his poor taste in fast food, he was an exceptional representative of Southern Kia. I am truly blessed that my sister Michelle introduced me to Noel and the team at Southern Kia. She sparked my interested and set up my initial appointment and test drive with Nick Davis who was very helpful and knowledge about the vehicle. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was understanding of my situation regarding my co-signer and was patient in this process. She gave me the run down on the vehicles specs and pricing. If it weren't for Michelle I would have never considered switching from a Ford to a Kia. Fortunately for me, Michelle and Noel were the key components in this smooth transition. Noel offered to help me transfer my belongings from my old car to my new 2018 Kia Optima. I drove away looking back at Noel in the rear view mirror feeling like I was genuinely apart of the Souther Kia family.
