Basswood is by far the worst dealership in the business. They took advantage of my wife. Giving her a car that never worked from the beginning. Kasey also paid for $2000 for a warranty through basswood. Which she never received the money back that she was promised. You people should be ashamed of yourself.

This has got to be the worst dealership on planet earth.After being pursued to leave work early and go in to get a vehicle by an employee named Bella whom lied to me and said she was a sales manager,I drive all the way from Florence alabama to the dealership to find that this Bella lady is in fact a marketing personnel and had lied to me about the situation.I brought the documents requested and would gladly post attachments proving this but there's no place to attach them.I would not recommend this place to anyone.It has got to be the lowest end of Chrysler Dodge and Jeep existing.

UPDATE!!!!! Today I was contacted by the sales manager at Basswood Dodge here in Ft. Payne, AL. He was great. He offered me an apology for the way I was treated and 100% made it right in my mind. He personally guaranteed me that no one's car would leave the service department of Basswood Dodge with greasy hand prints all over it. I have to say, I sure appreciate the folks at Basswood going out of their way today to provide superior customer service. I'd have no problem buying or servicing a vehicle there in the future. Thanks Basswood Dodge!! Stay away!!!!!!! I have a very nice 2022 Dodge Challenger. She's a beautiful car and I go to great lengths to keep it that way, to include monthly professional detailing and keeping her garaged. I went to Basswood Dodge in FT. Payne, AL for an oil change and tire rotation. When I paid and got my car I didn't notice the massive amounts of greasy hand prints all over it, but when I did I went back and talked to the service manager. He didn't care one bit. He asked me if I wanted it wiped off with a rag. Seriously. Zero customer service. I have no confidence that this place even serviced my vehicle correctly and definitely will not take her back. Common courtesy, gone. Civility, gone. Customer service, zero. My business and the business of folks I know, definitely gone. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Don't take your vehicle here, they're dishonest and uncaring. Definitely don't deserve your money. Stay away!

Sold me a car with no windshield wipers and no one will return my calls. I’ve talked to Nick, Heather, Courtney, Damien, Sonya, Anne, Belinda, and JJ. Courtney was my salesperson and Damien is the one that came to me AFTER signing paperwork to say my car didn’t have windshield wipers but they’d get it taken care of at no cost to me.I have paperwork saying I’m owed windshield wiper linkage and wipers bc I refused to leave without having it in writing. My gut feeling has been right about them so far. I’m a home health nurse and use my vehicle to see sick disabled patients. We’re having a snowstorm now (the reason I bought the awd on 12/22/23) I can’t use my car to get to those patients now. The wrong part was mailed to me and they are dodging me every way possible instead of fixing the problem. $3,000 extended service warranty that no one can tell me about and $500 over charged to me that I’m waiting for proof of payment to my lien holder. I drove 3 hours to get a 2022 Kia seltos awd to better serve my patients. Now I have a 30k loan with sketchy paperwork and a vehicle I can’t legally drive.

They are great people and are very determined to have you in a vehicle before leaving the lot!
