Crosstrek review

Generally positive experience with dealership prior to purchase. Absolutely no follow-up from sales rep or dealership even though I have material coming (title, plates, etc.) and asked for an order to be placed for car mats. Haven?t heard from anyone.

Low key, not super aggressive sales attitude.

Low key, not super aggressive sales attitude. However, I had to walk to different building to sign financial papers. Dark and rainy and I fell in parking lot. Should have better lighting.

Very friendly and customer focused.

Very friendly and customer focused. I worked out the details ahead of my appointment. It took only 2 hrs to complete the paperwork and prep the car. Awesome job!
