Poor communication from service

Took my car in for the last free oil change. When we went to pick it up they told us there was a nail in our tire and they fixed it, problem is the did not call to tell us and charged us to plug the tire. My problem is they did not call to see if it was ok to fix it and charge for the work.

Lack of communication and poor customer service!

Customer service was terrible. Left my car in the service department on Monday. No updates from staff at all while my car has been there. I left 2 messages and they still did not return my calls and it’s Wednesday. Also did not listen to me or my husband about what was going on. Still feel like the problem has not been solved.

Customer care top priority!

Customer care seems to be top priority at PM service department; accommodated my request for service at particular time/date; efficient drop off and pick up; Morgan even explained pricing on future visits - very helpful for budgeting

Excellent service

We found a Paul Moak deal online while traveling on I20. We called ahead and scheduled an appointment. There was a sales representative ready for us when we arrived. They have good access to highway and city roads for a test drive. We knew what we wanted and already had a TruePrice certificate with us so there was little need to negotiate. The dealership actually offered a price $400 less than the number we arrived with. Jarvis was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying and helpful in orienting us to its features. Our only drawback was that the financing department took almost an hour to process our straight cash payment for the vehicle.

OUTSTANDING!!

I walked in not really expecting to drive away in my Mustang, but less than 2 hours later, the trade was done, financing done and papers signed. I'm one super happy customer.
