To Zod who did reach out to me about my inquiry, whoever the idiotic incompetent sale rep there is named Charles that I attempted to speak to, and also... your rude a$$ operator, you can thank him for losing your sale and a sale for the dealership, period. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Very bad salesman and managers. Told the salesman from the start that we weren't going to buy today, then he proceeded to get angry and upset when we wouldn't... buy a car we kind of liked, which was covered in scratches and dents and it was only a 2018 model. Then, when he brought us inside to talk to the manager, he even seemed pissed off at us. Will not come back here to buy a car even if they have one I like, better off driving a half an hour up the road to another Hyundai dealership.

I was told GTI with 30,000 miles was for sale. Drove from GA to look at the car. Was called 8:46 Monday morning. Was told the car has been sold the day... before. This was after I realized the car was not on the lot. Was wondering why I was not notified sooner. Was offered over the phone an Acura with 84,000 miles. Terrible!
I don't normally do reviews but I really feel that this Hyundai dealership REALLY deserves public praise! The staff that I met with, consisting of Ike... O. and Fernando A., were very pleasant and honest...they both really went above and beyond to help me when I was in need of a vehicle. This was VERY surprising because I was a walk-in and I was still shopping around at all the local Hyundai dealerships in the area to see who had great deals currently! Well, I can say without reservation that I am GRATEFUL that I walked in to this location and I got exactly what I liked after a test drive, a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, which by the way is a FANTASTIC vehicle! I'm just really hoping this will be useful to someone shopping around for a new vehicle, take care! -Adam
