Made an appointment with Tony at the service repair at Hyundai in College Park MD. Although, I've been coming here way over 10 years now and although new faces am still satisfied with my service. Tony took excellent care of my vehicle, kept me updated on what was needed and was totally understanding of my wants. Although, I needed much needed major repairs. I left there again with a smile on my face and a very happy customer. I wanted to wait after a few weeks before I do a review to make sure that the vehicle was in top notch but I felt the difference once I drove off because it felt like I was floating on air. Thanks Tony, go see Tony he's the man!! Am still a fan of this dealership after all these years!! Superior Customer Services is always given here. Come here you won't regret it.

Update - They made our car salesman paid for the maintenance out of pocket after a few communications. Updating this because I want to shoutout to Charles who does that for us. Adding one more star now. ———————— Worst car dealership that straight up lie to our face and said if we sign the lease we will have 3 years of complimentary maintenance service. And now said we don’t have it because it’s not for car model 2019. But we signed the lease at 2020 and we were confused that day. The reason we are confused because we were just scheduling for a test drive that day and they pressured us, wouldn’t let us leave until we signed a lease with them. We tried to leave 3 times and they chased after us. And we were so exhausted and tired and signed a lease with them at 11:00pm that night. It was a horrific experience, I felt pressured to sign or we can’t go home. We are happy with our car in general until we need maintenance after 1.5 years. All after all, they are unethical, dishonest, and horrible car dealership. Don’t walk in or they won’t let you leave!

My Fiancé brought her car here for recall last month. After the car was returned it was worse than when we took it in. There was nothing wrong with it before now, they did their thing and it was all wrong. We complained and took it back. The technician name was Allen. Whenever we called for updates we kept getting the run around. Ohhh we will call you tomorrow or " we will call with an update later in the day". Well it has been more than a month now. There is no sign of the car or Allen. It's like Allen is now a ghost that never worked there. Everytime we wanna to speak to him he's never around. They won't repair the car and they haven't return the car either. So what exactly is going on? You ask to speak to the manager he's not in and when you call he doesn't pick up either. What kind of business are they running? This is disappointing, despicable, and downright illegal. Just got in contact with a lawyer.
My experience with the dealership was great especially Kola. They got me that I wanted with all the features that I wanted. They made the entire buying process easy and seamless.

Took two weeks to get an appointment at 0830. Arrived at 0815. No place to park. Had to park in middle of lot with cars everywhere. Waited in side for help. When I did get waited on man checked my last name in his lap top and asked if I had been there before. This was my third visit and will be my last. Man said would be an hour and a half before car was even looked at. What good is making an appointment with these people?
Great experience from beginning to end
Have a great experience with Charles A. From the moment I walked in the door, he treated me with respect and was very helpful. Ofcourse the process was a bit bumpy in some areas and it took some time to get the deal done but a diamond was more of a rock before being cleaned. Some of the review did not allow for the possibility that thing do happen and the cars can get sold. No dealership holds cars for prospects. I'd recommend Charles to anyone he will take care of you and make you feel respected and that he is honored to have earned your buisness. The manager was great as well. Great deal on my trade in. IKE was great on the finance end of the deal. Thank you all for your help.

Had an appointment to purchase a car from this dealership. Truecar offer and price had already agreed upon. Internet sales manager (Ben) had set up a meeting with us. When we got to the dealership, he wasn't there. The associate that greeted us at the door seemed nice enough, but was very difficult to understand. When he went to check for us in the system, we weren't in the system and they were completely unaware of anything about us. After trying to overcome the language barrier, we just couldn't even communicate enough to get any reasonable response as to why Ben wasn't there or what they were even doing. We decided to leave at that point. Of course, then the "sales manager" ran out to our car to try and get us to come back in, but if you can't even honor an appointment or have the courtesy to explain why your employee isn't there, you can't be trusted to go through a car buying process. This dealership definitely had a bad vibe to it and likely need to update their staff with a round of customer service training. We drove 20 minutes away and bought the car at another dealership later in the day.
It shows on internet that car has 5miles on a 2020 model, I called them and enquired about the car and made an appointment. When I drove all the way 150miles and made to showroom I surprised to see 10,800miles on the car. They simply said it was technical mistake and thats it no price drop or nothing. Be aware of these dealership scams
