I leased a vehicle 16 months ago. Got an email saying the my lease is up soon (8 months is soon?) and they'd like the vehicle for inventory if I'd be interested... in a new vehicle. Told him it had 8 months to run. "No problem. Come in and we'll see what we can do." Since I'm paying for miles, and not all that interested in wasting my time, I asked for some information on vehicles in stock. Price/ payments on different finance terms/interest rates. I hear nothing but crickets. I follow up explaining I'm not interested in adding unnecessary miles to my vehicle and giving him an out " if you're no longer interested in my vehicle let me know." No response. 2 weeks later I haven't heard a thing. I'll remember this when my lease is up. It's a shame. I actually like their service department. It's one of the few I can say that about.

Professional service representative when I took my car in for a oil change and recall. This was a pleasant experience compared to my previous service... visit(s) when my new car kept stalling out and the other rep gave me the run around.
