Over the past week, I was casually shopping around the town for the best potential deal for a newer vehicle. I came across an offer that lead me to Medved... Kia, and I am grateful that this was the first offline visit! I'd also like to add that I was NOT expecting my visit with Medved Kia would lead to me picking up a new vehicle. I was just expecting to get some information, and possibly return in the near future. I ended up getting a lot more than I bargained for. My sales rep Madison Baca was super helpful throughout the entire sales process. Plus, thanks to the diligent efforts of the finance team, they worked with me every step of the way — was professional and very supportive in getting me into the vehicle I wanted. Tom James was the sale consultant who had helped me with my new lease. He is friendly, professional and honest. While waiting for the financing paperwork... to be done, we had a chance to chat a little and I found out that he has been working for the same dealer for almost a decade (though he looks very young), this tell me that Tom is a loyal man and he seems to take his profession very seriously. I purchased a Kia Sportage here about 2 months ago. I was stuck in an upside down payment on my old car after a bad deal and really wanted to replace it... with something I was happy to make payments towards. After talking to someone on the phone about it, I drove down to the dealership. I ended up working with Tom, and he was great! He answered all of my million questions. He was patient and didn't make me feel like he was pushing me into any decision. He even let me leave with the car, in the middle of all of our paperwork, to go to my daughters soccer game. After driving the car that few hours, I was sure I wanted it and brought it back to sign papers. A few weeks after buying it, someone from the service department called, introduced himself, and let me know to call him for any future needs or questions about the car. I am definitely happy with the customer service and the car I received from Medved Kia!

I worked with Joe Shields on my purchase. I was looking for a new car as I needed more space. Then I was in an accident. I ended up in a pickle. Joe and... Sean worked a very nice deal for me, given the situation I was in. The finance part did take a little longer than it should have. It does look like they need more people in finance. But that is my only less than stellar comment. Everything else has been great!
After searching for cars online, I received an email from a salesperson, Mr. Plant, trying to convince me to come in. I explained to him that my credit... score was not high enough to make a purchase right now. For several weeks he replied to me urging me to come in, saying he could get me in a car despite my score. I finally decided to come in and they did get me in my dream car! For two weeks. Then they called me saying if I couldn’t get a co signer that they’d take the car back. Because of my credit. Which is they exact reason I said I didn’t want to try in the first place. I was crushed! I spent two weeks falling in love with this car and now it’s gone and I’m stuck without a car. All because Mr. Plant was desperate for a commission and didn’t care who was hurt. If you don’t have a credit score of 750+, don’t bother! Very unprofessional sales team to let me leave with this car before processing the loan! they should have known better!
