My husband and I just purchased our new Q50 yesterday with the help of Brandon Gould. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. It kind of felt like we already knew him because he was so down to earth and easy to talk to. He's not one of those typical sales guys like at the other dealerships I've dealt with in the past that are pushy and hand you excuses and why you should buy their car. Brandon not only helped us with purchasing our new car but also helped get us what we wanted for our trade in. well run service facility even though extremely busy , work was performed in an expedient manner and service writer justin couldnt be nicer service waiting area clean with beverages and bagels ect loved the expresso congrats to Schumacher Infinity

It was a good service and they met all my needs. I was able to wait and go to work after. I had a few issues and they were handle that day. A knocking sound under car, it was missing some screw.. I cant tell you what that part was, so don't ask me.

The Staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Best dealership experience I have EVER had!! I am definitely a customer for life!!! I will also be referring anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle!

I have been a customer for many years, since 1992. A majority of my experiences with the local dealer have been excellent (5). The few exceptions have been in the sales department. The service team, particularly Chris Tyson tips the rating scale for the dealership. During a recent appointment that I scheduled incorrectly (I arrived a day early) Chris and his team were very accommodating. Clearly a very busy morning. Great service, counseling and quick turnaround.

I was in and out for my oil change before I knew it - Bill even changed the battery in my key fob! Now that's great service!
