I fail to understand the amount of paper work required to buy a car. I have never signed so many papers. As a dealer it would help to consolidate the paperwork.

Infiniti's loyalty program influenced my purchase. Chris in sales was very knowledgeable and puts his heart and soul into his position. Wil in finance made the closing painless and Rosie and Candice in service helped make my purchase pleasant.

Purchase experience
In February of this year I walked into the dealership and met with Chris Bennett regarding the possible purchase of an Infinity vehicle. Chris and I discussed my needs and we settled on the QX60. I have always had the feeling that purchasing a vehicle was like having a toothache. Well,Chris took away that concern by expressing his concern for my concerns and answering all of my questions and making sure that he had the vehicle that met all of my requirements. It was a great experience and I would and have recommended Chris to several acquaintances.

My wife and I just leased our FIRST Infiniti SUV for my family at this location and had a great experience. Excellent customer service by far! Nice car - bad service.
Buy elsewhere! This is the least accommodating service center I have ever dealt with. They do not return phone calls. They don't accommodate your needs. They make recall appointments without consulting you. They don't respond to letters addressed to the owner. This is not my first Infiniti and it may not be my last, but I will definitely never buy from them again and by association any Shumacher dealership.
