I had been communicating with their dealership for over a week. There were a few cars on Capital One Auto Navigator that were from their dealership. I... had requested info on two vehicles several times and never received any info. I was going to be making a 3-hour trip to look at and test drive the vehicles. Their communication was horrible. Email excuse after excuse. Aaliyah was the sales person I was dealing with. No customer courtesy and after reading their reviews, I understand why. I never decided to visit the dealership after that. I was NOT giving them my business.
I was directed to this dealership from an on line advertisement and when I got there not only did they waste my time they let me drive over 100 miles for... a vehicle that they no longer had. Service and comportment were horrible!
We visited David Stanley based on an Auto Trader advertisement. I mentioned the ad and price to our salesman while we were looking at the car. What a mistake!!!!... After test driving, I pulled up the ad and to my shock, the price had more than doubled!!!! I called Auto Trader and was informed that dealerships enter all their own info. After filing a complaint with Auto Trader, I called David Stanley back to ask them to honor their advertised price. At this point, they told me that they only honor their website pricing, and that they don't input the info for Auto Trader. Lie #2. When I asked Jennifer if they advertise a different price on Auto Trader than their website to basically get people in the door for a "bait and switch," her answer was "The prices aren't usually that different." So if you find a good deal on Auto Trader, DON'T BELIEVE IT! They won't honor the price! FYI- this isn't common practice at other dealerships. I purchased a car for my daughter two weeks ago, and found the car listed for $5,000 less on Auto Trader and the dealership gladly honored the advertisement.
I found a slmin' cool used Escape on this site, checked availability at 8:30 at night, and was contacted shortly after to be told that it was in perfect... condition and in stock! I went in the next morning at 10:30, and no one had any idea about that vehicle. After explaining several times what my budget was and what I wanted, the salesmen (that's right, plural) attempted to get me to purchase a new Escape Titanium, which was literally double the price of the used one they didn't even have! They also tried to persuade me into buying a new one of the lowest trim, which had practically nothing on it. Ultimately, I walked out since they lied to me, and they made no attempt to right the situation. A week later, the original used car that I went in for is still posted in the dealer website! Do not EVER go here. They'd probably sell your soul just to get a sale.

I inquired about a 2019 G70 RWD 3.3T on their website which is listed at $36,988. I contacted them about the vehicle and they stated that the vehicle is... $39,988. I questioned the price because of what's listed on the website and the salesperson Ryan Crothers asked me if I had a trade-in or financing. I told him that I didn't have a trade-in and if they had financing deals I would consider doing it through them. He then asked where he needs to be to earn my business. I replied 36k. We then talked on the phone and he said that he cannot honor the price without a trade even though it's listed on their website and on the posting it didn't have that disclaimer.

I'll never buy a car from anyone else. He is the best salesman I've ever met. I never once felt pressured or rushed. The staff was very friendly. I was... offered food and beverages at least 5x while I was there. Brad made everything very easy and pain free! Love my new truck!
I received a call from Derrick to come by so he could look at my truck to bid on. I was first met by Brandon which introduced me to brad I was looking... for a black chevy but Brad showed me a white gmc then i was introduced to Brian and I left with white gmc. The experience of buying was good
Went to several dealerships all said the same thing never go to David Stanley so I decided to go against everything they said because quite frankly I was... getting no where with any of them and went to David Stanley Ford. Not only was the salesman Brad amazing the whole experience was. They were able to lower my payment and gave me most for my trade than anyone else. I am extremely happy with my decision to walk through the doors of David Stanley Ford. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. When you get there ask for Brad he will take care of you.
Dealership is very unorganized from sales to service. Unwanted vehicle was pushed on us and misrepresented. We will for sure look elsewhere for future... purchases.
