All I have to say in words is, my family works very hard for every little thing we have. It was a heart broken and a headache of what I thought woul...d be a happy and Exciting Aventure of buying my frist car. I can only hope that the Owner of Auto Outlet and NOT the Manager would talk to me and make this right so I can have a safe and Reliable car for my family. $17,000 for a car is a lot to us Expressional when we have to put more money in it. I went thought xxxx the frist time I thoungh they fixed it . But now it's not driving good again. Just very sick to my Stomachabout the hole Raw deal. When yo...u first purchased your vehicle on 2/26/18, you disclosed to us that you read in a forum that the vehicle is known to have drivetrain issues. The vehicle didn't present itself at the time of having a drivetrain issue, as well as when you recently brought it into our shop. When you presented your concerns about the possible drivetrain issue, we informed you of our 5 day 500 mile exchange. You made an appointment with Sam and never showed, you also disclosed that we didn't have anything in your price range you purchased your vehicle for $11,999. On Saturday 6/2/18 you had your vehicle towed in to our shop. When we took a look at your vehicle the oil was black and dry, this only happens when you are past due for an oil change. While your vehicle was being serviced we gave you a loaner, we paid for your tow, we waived your $100 shop deductible, we offered you $50 Walmart gift cards for your inconvenience (you refused the gift cards) and filled up your gas tank all the way out of good faith. When we looked at your vehicle on 6/2/18 your vehicle didn't present itself with any drivetrain issues, we cannot fix a non-existent issue on a vehicle. They delivered my car on Tuesday. I drove it less than 500 miles and the clutch went out. That was on Thursday. I have driven a standard for years,... every car I have ever owned was a standard and I have never had to replace the clutch. They said it was perfect when they gave it to me and refused to do anything. IMPOSSIBLE for a clutch in perfect condition to go out within two days and less than 500 miles. Will never buy from here again and am telling everyone to stay away.

Overall happy with the vehicle but was having some issues with it within the 2 month 3000 mile warranty and dealer did not want to Stand it good . Got... told I could take it to a garage closer to home to get it fixed. So I did and they didn't fix everything because the dealer told them not to. In the meantime I had a deer run into the front corner of the vehicle but the only damage it did was it put a small 6 inch Crack in the lower bumper. Nothing else and they told me they will not fix the warranty stuff unless I go to insurance to fix the bumper first. I didn't want to go to insurance because it was so minor so I was pretty much screwed. Overall happy with the vehicle but service sucks.

Purchased our daughters 2015 Jetta from this dealership. They went by a "no haggle" pricing with us. Meaning, the price advertised was the price we pa...id. We found their advertised prices well below that of other dealers. The car was prepared when we arrived for pick up, but a paperwork snafu sent us home without our car that night, an extra 50 mile drive to return 2 days later and everything went smoothly. Our salesperson was polite and attentive throughout the purchase process.

I tried to buy a car but after the online credit app and then the one in person they just don't bother to call you back the sales man or the manager !... Don't wast your time unless you have great credit!!!!! If I'm approved then call me and tell me Don't let me call ever three days for two weeks just have you say we are working very hard on this and will get back to you
