My experience with Birmingham Luxury Motor started off positive, but it quickly went downhill. After the purchase, several basic functions on the vehicle stopped working. When I reached out for help, getting repairs has been difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, they’re attempting to fix an upscale vehicle using aftermarket parts, which is unacceptable for a luxury purchase. What seemed like a good deal at first has turned into a major disappointment. I do not recommend buying a car from them. Be aware and proceed with caution.

I purchased my first Tesla two years ago, and Kali was over the top in customer service, she is dedicated to her customers and worked so well with me. I sought Kali out to purchase my second Tesla. She and the BLM staff are really great to work with, just as before. The staff is so friendly. My only complaint, the paperwork took much longer this time, I think they may have a newer system. Regardless, could not be happier with her and Birmingham Luxury Motors.

I recently purchased a new GTI from Kali, without much hesitation. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and pressure free when it came down to it. She answered every question I threw at her, very communicable, and made everything easy and took care of me more than she had to. She even delivered it to me at work. Would recommend to anyone! Paid $1200 for transport in my loan, they were unable to arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of the $1200. They were sending it to me then to my bank then to me again then back to the bank. No one has received it and now they won’t respond. Very dishonest people. Bottom line , you were paid for a service you did not provide.

Kali was awesome to work with. I don’t typically like to work with a 3rd party when financing but it was painless and we were in and out and on our way home within an hour.
