Got an online price for a Traverse, drove down from Oxnard in traffic and they told me the price was $10,000 more than the online price (on their website). Horrible bait and switch. They had multiple opportunities to tell me they don’t honor the online price but they didn’t. Wasted my time. Don’t shop here.

Chevy Bolt 2022 is listed on their website for $33,995 and the agent said it was a mistake and the car ended up listing at over $40,000!! He said “someone upstairs is going to be in trouble”. I looked at website today (3 days later) and the price is the same
First, I want to point out that the salesman Juan is the awesome, he is jewel amongst the others.With everything that is going on in the world, one would think we could strive for more humanity, not the vulture like behavior. I thought everything was good, that the finance department was doing all they could to assist me. After two weeks, I began getting text messages, phone calls while at work, no respect, no honor, no humility. They texted/ called to say they couldn’t get me financed after stating they are one of the best and I would have no issues no problems. Why let me drive away without solidifying financing. Dealerships can do in house financing but have opted to make the consumer feel as if we are the unworthy ones that are scamming them, when they are in fact doing whatever for the love of money. Never witnessed such lack of morality, ungodliness, no real concern to truly say I want the consumer to win. I am in no way trying to get over on anyone and I would think these people would not either. Based on Mr. Emil Moshabad LinkedIn profile I believe I will get a beautiful outcome if he reads my review.

Will never come back here again. called Erick Abrego about a truck told him I wanted it and was coming from Bakersfield when I got there didn’t even have the truck what a low life to have me drive 3 hours to get here to buy it. I told the guy I was coming down there and he told me ok there is no for traffic on it so it should be there when I arrived. THIS GUY IS A JOKE.

I was on hold so long that I forgot what I was on hold for and the music that was playing I thought it was from my streaming service. Poor customer service. I just had only one question to ask and they couldn’t help with that.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Arrived for scheduled appointment with salesman AT to look at specific truck. I noticed an additional $4,000 added to MSRP as dealership fee? During negotiations I told AT that the $4,000 was ridiculous. Sales manager, I believe Amir(never introduced himself) finally removed the $4,000. I informed him I was eligible for GM family discount. He became very upset and said “I won’t do that, get outta here “ After I left, salesman began calling/texting to come back and negotiate! Probably one of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever experienced and will never step foot in this dealership again.

Stopped by to take a look at a 2021 Tahoe in person. The salesperson provided me a test drive immediately. It was fully loaded with all the bells and whistles i was looking for. Had not planned on buying a vehicle that day, but i couldn't pass it up. The experience was smooth. The team moved expeditiously to get me out of building and on the road in my new ride.

They tried to rip you off till the last minute with all of their accessories. I don't recommend this dealer at all I regret buying my vehicle from this place
