Amazing experience

While we were visiting from out of town we had a incident and needed help. I spoke to a Scott who guided me to assistance got my car towed in and repaired all the work and even had my car returned back to me all without me lifting a finger. this place is great I am from No Cal area but these guys in Anaheim Hills are Amazing !!

Great Experience

Great work!

Cant Trust the sales team.

Franz worked out a deal with me, waited 2 days to get paperwork to complete an out of state deal. Needed instruction on how to wire the money to the dealership. Waited 2 days, numerous texts and email with the salesman. After i kept bugging them about paperwork that we were waiting on, they stopped responding, said they were busy and would get back to me. Turns out they sold the vehicle out from under me 2 days later. I suspect they waited to see the highest bid and wanted to back out of our (full ask) offer. Unbelievable way of doing business when I have the proof that the deal was approved and I was just waiting on paperwork. Do not use this salesman and since the sales manager allowed this, this dealership is a joke. LR should be ashamed. As a long time LR owner, I have never been treated like this.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cannot find enough adjectives to convey the horrible service I have experienced from this establishment and The Staff in particular the Service Department It is utterly beyond belief on how Aloof, Remote, and inhumane these people are. It is as talking to a robot. Frankly I don’t know why your place exists and who gives business to this place with their monotone attitude and personality. My horrendous experience revolves around having taken there for an accident. They promised the car back in 30 days I ended up getting the car back in 5 months. That is not the end of it (I wish it was) They gave me the car back with a Major Dent on the Front Door, and a nonfunctioning AC After Collecting $ 27,000 from my insurance, not only they did not have a common courtesy to even wash the car after having sat there for 5 months, they incurred more damage. Further the Service Dept has the Audacity to say that The AC wasn’t part of our job , The Freon was vacuumed , now you have to pay to fill it up. I cannot say enough dilemma I have (and still going through dealing with them). It is an injustice to give them One Star They don’t deserve Any Star Period RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND ?? WONT RECOMMEND TIHS PLACE TO AN ENEMY

First Class Experience

I visited a number of websites and dealerships in the search for the perfect Certified Pre Owned F-Type. I came across a vehicle at Anaheim Hills Jaguar. I sent an email and was promptly contacted by Greg Suzuki. We made an appointment for the following morning. I arrived to find the vehicle with a hold sign in the window with my name on it. Based on our email exchange, Greg felt we may be interested in a different vehicle as well. He showed us both vehicles and ultimately we bought the alternate vehicle. It was a more expensive choice, but it met all of our needs and was never pushed on us. Greg did a fantastic job to expedite the process and was never pushy. He made the buying process very easy and enjoyable. If you have a need for a Jaguar or Land Rover, I highly recommend a call or email to Greg Suzuki at Anaheim Hills Jaguar.
