Promptly refunded deposit when I changed my mind
I was interested in a nice Mercedes 300 and Mesha took me out for a nice test drive. I was not completely convinced that it was the right car but decided to put down a deposit. After a week I found another car that was perfect for me at a different dealer. Mesha promptly refunded the deposit without any hassles.
Zero meaning of the word no
Went there look at cars, got just about forced into a test drive and heavily pushed to buy a car, the employee even had the general manager come out and try to convince me when all I was trying to do was be polite and leave. Mo matter how many times I said what I was looking for or that I didnt want to buy a car that day or finance I just kept getting pushed and pushed and pushed. So dispite enjoying the vehicle, I will search elsewhere for it because I will never give them any of my time or business. No means no.
The staff is fantastic. They're truely looking out for their customers. The inventory is vast. Purchasing, financing, and registering was easy and convenient. Would recommend friends and family to check them out for purchasing a used vehicle.
2013 Dodge Dart
You’ll put 500 down so they don’t sell it to anyone else while you look around, then when you decide to not go through with the purchase, make you wait a week to get your money back even though you called them early the next day asking for your cash back. Horrible customer service when you aren’t in their face with your wallet out. They admitted over the phone they get robbed frequently and the manager “felt uncomfortable” giving out his last name. Absolutely do not trust this company.

I had a near-excellent experience at NEAW purchasing my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I came in with a car that I was stuck with and was told by numerous dealers that I couldn’t do anything with (trading wise). NEAW is the only dealership that helped me not only get out of that car, but gave me a car that fit my wants and needs within my budget. Hector was my sales guy and he was awesome, making sure I had answers and kept me up to date with everything.
The place to go
I have bought two cars now from New England auto world. I have been going to them for over 2 years for all my services. They always have a vast selection of cars to choose from as well as an amazing sales teams of Tom or Aldo who are the absolute best and I highly recommend going to them. Eddie in finance department is beyond incredible with what he does and helps you through the entire process answering any and all questions. Lastly Alfredo in service department will never let you down. He has helped me in every single situation I have come across with prompt service and friendly advice. These men are the reason I continue to go here and will always recommend them.

Great service. I was not able to buy from them however they were extremely helpful with great communication and loan options. Dealership was too far from my home for me to make a deal.

Excellent customer service and finance
It was our first experience bought the car out of NY state. The process was smooth, the price was fair with great customer service and finance. We found many cars to choose in our first visit and down to Nissan Rogue 2018. Special thanks for Gerald Sales person who so patience and genuine showed us the best deal and kept us update till we finalize everything. It was awesome!! And we were pleased that Eddie, the finance manager able found us a best rate for our car loan. And thanks to Janet who did all final paperwork fast and through. We will recommend this dealership with no doubt. We wish our new car will last for years and we will have a great rides thru the years!
Tom Miller is the way to go. Just like others have said, he didn't "sell" me a car. Helped me find way to get a good, 3rd row car, get approved and afford along with finance department. But as the main face I saw, he made me feel welcomed and human in the process. I would go back to Tom and that experience!
