I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience at this dealership was disappointing from start to finish. The prices were not competitive—other local dealers offered better deals on the same vehicles, both new and used. What’s worse, the sales staff didn’t seem interested in working with me to find the right fit—they were pushy, vague, and at times misleading. When it came to financing, things only got worse. The finance department was extremely aggressive, using high-pressure tactics and shady add-ons to inflate the deal. It felt more like a trap than a transaction. To top it all off, I saw firsthand how little care was given to customers' vehicles left for trade or service. It’s clear the focus here isn’t on long-term relationships or customer satisfaction—just short-term profit. Do yourself a favor and shop around before settling here. There are honest dealerships out there—this just isn’t one of them.

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would .
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would . I have been to this dealership several times and have been disappointed with them every single time . They wasted my day today and cost me 250 miles of driving due to incompetent customer service . I will never set foot in this dealership again . If you want good customer service you may wish to look elsewhere in my opinion .

~~☆☆ 《 I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TREATED ME!
~~☆☆ 《 I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TREATED ME!! 》 ☆☆ ~~ I went there to look at a vehicle I saw them advertise online.--☆☆BEFORE I EVEN LAIED EYES ON THE VEHICLE that i went to look at ☆☆-- They wanted my drivers license, email, phone number, address, and wanted to know what my credit score was and then wanted to know what kind of a budget I have. Then he was asking for the keys to my truck. Went and jumped into my truck and started driving it around the building. ~~☆☆~~ (let me remind yall) I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THE VEHICLE WITH MY EYES YET.~~☆☆~~ instead of bringing the vehicle I came to see to the front for me to even look at. Nope!! the salesman was just hanging out chatting with "the big main boss guy" that "crunches the numbers" to "give you the best deal" we know better.i kept asking "can I take a look at the vehicle? The "boss guy" asked me rite after I just explained to them my situation and this is how much I have to spend. He asked me "can you get more money for your budget?" I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE VEHICLE YET!!!!!! I finally had enough. I had to ask for my drivers license and keys to my truck back. I now had been there for around 30min still hadn't seen vehicle. Oh but they were running all the numbers as if I was trying to buy it. I had enough. Soon as I was getting into my truck what do I see? The salesman jumping into the vehicle I came to see. He tried to speed up cut me off and pull the vehicle in front of me to stop me. I drove around him and left the dealership. You can imagine how I felt. So many different feelings and NONE were any form of happy. Main horrible feeling was every person there treated me as if I didnt matter and i was below them. All they cared about was making a sale. They ignored me and only focused on trying to finalize the deal. Even when I had made it VERY clear to the salesman when we first started talking there is no way I'll be buying today. (I slept on it before I left this review) So that happened yesterday and I'm still in shock and can't believe how horrible of a experience that was. I hope that they don't treat anyone else like that. No one deserves to be treated that way. If they end up treating everyone else like they did me, they wont be in business long.

Deceptive pricing. Don't trust them.
Deceptive pricing. The pricing on cars.com matched the dealership pricing and the confirmed price on an email sent to me. A follow up phone call is where they slapped a $7500 market adjustment on the price. How about just being transparent and put that in the initial listing. They also did a hard hit on my credit before giving me the bumped up price.

Service center IS HORRIBLE!
Most horrible service center, Andrew Luper is a joke and his knowledge of mechanics is zero to none. They will overcharge you, and never repair your vehicle properly. Don't buy a volkswagen because the service center is horrible!! Nissan in the River Valley or NWA is the best, never had one issue in 15 years of business.

Hello! We are so glad to hear about your wonderful experience with our sales team! We hope your son enjoys his new car! Come back and see us again soon!
They’ll ripped you off
Took my 2014 Jetta service light went on after they inspected it told me I need to replace the “throttle body” never explained why it broke considering my car is only 4 years old and I have always brought it to them for service so it has been taken good care of at least I believed it was. the guy who greeted me was rude from the beginning his customer service skills are very poor and HE HAS NO interest on helping the customers for sure he never offered any other solution other than me paying that huge amount of money for having the part replace. These dealership people must make a LOT of money, but I don’t and if you’re gonna tell me you expect me to pay you more than $1,200 plus tax you better explain to me why and what the problem cause my money doesn’t grow on trees. The VW agent Knew the part could be cleaned and that might had been the issue, but he didn’t care to explain or nothing. Just say I need to pay these for my throttle body and that was It. Called back a day after to ask about why wasn’t I offered a different solution I told him I’d gotten a second opinion and that was for the part to be cleaned up and watch for a month to see if that was the problem. The guy from VW agreeded on the phone that “yes” that can be done, but that the problem could come back and that the part might needed to be replace after a month or so. Well he could have said that the day they charged me a diagnostic fee. I would have appreciated it he could had been nicer and offered me that on the spot when they charged me $131.74 only to tell me that throttle body needed replacement. Anyways they charged that much to tell you what wrong with ur car and you still have to put up with their attitude and rudeness. I’m having another mechanic who is honest clean up the part. If the problem comes back like the VW guy said I’m buying the part my self and the other mechanic will replace it for lot less labor money that the dealer wanted me to pay them. I won’t ever go back to that dealer they charged you ridiculous amounts of money and all they care is YOU BUY a new car because they don’t want you to keep your VW to long or what happed to me will after 4 years they start giving you trouble and you end up spending tons on money on repairs. So if you wanna get ripped off go to the VW Craig on Fayettevile they’re EXPERTS ON THAT.
