The process of getting a new car was painless. The people at Hometown were very helpful and knowledgeable. Hometown had the car we wanted and we're willing... to negotiate. I will go back to Hometown the next time I'm looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I returned for the 2nd time to Hometown Kia in hopes of purchasing a decent used car. Our credit isn't great, although improving, and after... a long layoff my husband recently returned to work, which made financing all that more difficult. The staff (especially Nick Evans) at Hometown Kia went far above and beyond for us, more than I would ever expect, and not only got us into our very first brand new car, but kept us on budget. It was a very long day. Every bit of 7 hours, but they worked tremendously hard to help us and get us a fantastic new vehicle. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Engine blew up in our 2013 SOUL on 77N heading to OH from FL. Awesome help when we had to purchase new SOUL. Requested all mailings to OH . Don't return... to FL till Oct. Fed-Ex notifies us pkg sent to FL from dealership. Requires picture ID & signature. Called 3x. Always told dealership rep will get right back to us. Been 5 days. Still can't get call back. Not happy!
