My husband went to look at and drive a new Nissan Pathfinder as we were in the market for a new SUV. He was never pressured, never had anyone try to force... him to look at a different vehicle, and was never treated badly! Hannah Richards was our sales person. My husband was allowed to bring the Pathfinder home to show me, we live in OK, and was told we could test drive over night. I took it for a drive and told him to go back and buy it. We bought the vehicle the same day and had no issues with unrealistic financing and thanks to Hannah we are now driving and loving our new Pathfinder!
As i have said in the 1 other survey I have filled out i work with 3 different people Kathy Dun Dee dee and chad They all treated me with RESPECT chad... work really hard on my numbers to get them close to where i wanted them it was 715 and i didnt kno witch vehicle i wanted and not 1 time did they get rude I now have a 2019 ROGUE and i love it..i do wish i would have got the 3 roll seater now but that was ALL ME#!! I had a bad experience at another carlot but my husand and i both said we will continue to us classic where they work with us and treat us as 1 of there family members THANKS AGAIN!!!

Called to price fog lights for my 2012 Nissan frontier, they wanted $330 for foglights. Bought them for $75 online. Called to price power window switch,... they wanted $296, and would have to order it. Bought it online for $32.50, with free shipping. They are a TOTAL RIPOFF! They're only out to ROB you!
Kathy Dunne, product specialist, she is the one to talk to....no pressure, took time to answer all my questions, transparant and straight foward. She... made the headache of buying a new vehicle go away. She is friendly, outgoing, and cheerful while being attentive. This dealership is different from any other. Josh Benedict, Janet Hanover, Chad Smith, and Derek Demoed were amazing. They put me in a brand new Nissan... Altima and it is beautiful. Four different personnel informed me just to come to Denison Texas and give them a chance and that their dealership is different from any other. They weren't kidding. From the minute I entered into the dealership they treated me like family. They were upfront and honest and told me what they could do for me without ever running my credit. Ofcourse I was honest with them also and informed them of my credit and I still owed a huge amount on my current vehicle. Put it this way, if they could hook me up they can just about help anyone. Check them out first because I tried four other dealerships in Dallas and no one treated me like Classic Texoma. It's a little distance to drive but well worth the trip. Thankyou for the best car buying experience I've ever had.

This place is great! Their salesman are willing to help you find the right vehicle for you. The finance guys worked with us to get the best APR. I NEVER... felt pushed into making a decision, and we drove 4-5 different cars and looked at about 25-30. Salesman was great, finance was great, and the service guys would even take the time to show you how setup your bluetooth. This is how car buying should be!!
