Dont sell your car here.

My car was KBB valued at $14,500. I went to 5 dealerships, they all offered between $13,500 - $14,200 (all reasonable offers, obviously I don't expect the exact KBB value) But when I came to this dealership their employee Meghan offered me just $10,500. She tried to convince me it wasn't worth anything more. She even printed out like 20 pages of carfax information to trying to convince me. (Why would I care about the carfax on a car I'm getting rid of?) She also decided to tell me I didn't understand how KBB works and that my car wasn't actually valued that high. I pretended for a minute or two that I was taking her serious, I was like "wow thanks for printing this!" :) LMAO... Then it was time to let her down, and I said "I got an offer from another dealership for $14,200". I could see the hope in her eyes fade away~~ :( Then she went to "call her boss" and then offered me $14,000! The oldest sales trick in the book, it was so corny. I used to work in sales and I've seen the "let me go call my boss" trick enough times. Funny, all that carfax information that was shoved in my face suddenly didn't matter at all! Suddenly, the KBB value wasn't so far off! I actually bought this car from Thompson's and was open to buying my next car from Thompson's, but now that's never going to happen. Thank God I knew better and didn't get played out of almost 4 thousand dollars. The good news is I did sell my car for over 14K to Gold Rush Subaru in Auburn. I'd highly recommend them!

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER

Horrible customer service. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Manager Marvin Bryant told me "my concerns dont matter" when they DID NOT REPAINT our bumper as stated on our LEGALLY BINDING "Due Bill". He and Service Mgr Shawn Becker were very rude and disrespectful, to the point that my salesman said he "was shocked they were treating a customer like this". Do not buy a car here unless you want a lot of extra xxxxxxxx to deal with. OUR CAR STILL ISNT FINISHED. SHADY GUYS WHO THOUGHT THEY COULD GET OVER ON MY

whats a truck not a dodge

I was looking at the dodge trucks they are built cheaply I have a GMC 2500HD gas and it can out do a dodge 2500 I pushed down on the rear end of a new dodge and it moved up and down then I did it to my 2017 2500 and nothing the GMC is better and has as much power and that's a gas HD if you need a real truck go to jimmy and the duds at GMC they will get you a real truck .

Outstanding service

The staff was very freindly. It was a Saturday we were on are way home. And are ram truck was having problems. They got the truck in and fixed that day. And I was impressed with the pet friendly policy I was traveling with a pet. Thank you for all you did.

We had the most enjoyable vehicle purchase ever!

What a refreshing car buying experience! Everybody we were in contact with at Thompson' Chrysler were friendly, professional and cared about what our goal was. We were observing other customers and it was obvious that the Thompson's employees truly love what they do and the customers comes first.
