I do most of my 'pre-shopping' or browsing for cars online. I recently found a car I was interested in at BMW in Springfield. I used online chat to get... some basic information about the vehicle and to verify its availability. The online chat professional (Scott) was extremely helpful and made the appointment for me to see and test-drive the car. Scott demonstrated great follow-through in confirming the appointment and making sure the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to staff and met Todd Smith, my sales representative. Todd demonstrated excellent customer service and great attention to detail. I drove away from the dealership in my new car, very pleased with how the transaction was handled. I am a brand-loyal BMW customer, but regardless of that loyalty I don't shy away from purchasing where I get the best customer service. I seen a 428i online that i wanted to purchase,i got pre approved thru capital one then i call Dave we set up a appointment.when i got there i met Dave... great guy.well long story short they not only met the offer i had from capital one they beat it hands down so i am one satisfied customer i'm 58 years old and have bought many cars and this car buying experience was the most stress free enjoyable car buying experience ever!!!! thanks Dave i'll be back when i'm ready for another car
