Highly Recommended

I needed to buy a new car after an accident and everyone at the Kia dealership was very helpful. I found the car I wanted at Lou Sobh via the Sam's Club Car Buying Program. I bought the car for the price I expected and the purchasing process was easy and quick. This was a great experience!

Best car buying experience

Discussing price with Chuck was a refreshing change to my experience with other dealers. We were able to work out a lot of the details over the phone. Tyler and Chad made the paperwork portion of the purchase quick and painless. I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh Kia to my friends and relatives. I've left other dealers in the past feeling exhausted and worked over. That was not the case with Lou Sobh Kia. It was a great car buying experience.

service Department

I have always been leery when it comes to dealerships and service departments. I have very poor experiences when I lived in Ohio and every time I brought my car to the dealership in Ohio within 2 weeks something else was always broken. I had little faith in the service techs. On Friday 8/4 I discovered that my son's kia (2010) had a flat, upon examination I discovered that both front tires were damaged. I called first thing Saturday morning in the hopes it can seen and repaired because my son had to drive back to college on Sunday morning, needless to say Jonathan who took my call told me it was a busy day, but surely we can be seen. I arrived within 15 minutes and by 5pm that evening the tires were changed and my son was driving it home. this is the second time Jonathan assisted when there has been an urgency. Yes the experience was very good and I would recommend to a friend. THank you.

Always happy with the Team and work!

Funny enough, the facility and Team there are so great that my kids love it when we tell them we're going for an oil change or service. When your business does that, it's called winning!

Hands Down Just A Great Experience!!!

Only Dealership and Salesman I would truly Trust! From the moment i walked in i felt this was the right choice! No pushy tactics...just very comfortable and informative. I not only purchased a car for my son, but came back the next week when my car fell apart and purchased one for myself! Highly recommend the salesman, Brad...matter of fact, i did indeed recommend Lou Sobh and Brad to one of my friends afterwards and returned with her to purchase her pre owned Kia Cadenza!!! Top notch staff and top notch vehicles!!!

Great place to deal with

Professional, prompt, and good folks. they they lounges great place to spend time, TV popcorn coffee, things to keep people happy and occupied while their vehicle is being worked on and the time taken for the service is very reasonable and they come out and let you know anything that may be an issue or not with your vehicle as you're waiting

Exceeded Expectations

Brought my car in for its regular oil change. Was told up front that, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, it may take up to 1.5 hours and did I want to wait? I responded that I was more than willing and to go ahead. They finished it in 1\2 an hour! I was very pleasantly surprised! Way to go!

Excellent Customer Service!

In all of my years of owning vehicles,I have never encountered a dealership with better customer service. Not only do they explain everything in detail to you prior to having the service done, but they keep you informed from the beginning of your visit to the end. I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership but you can bet that I will purchase my next one here in the future!
