My experience with Lou Sobh Kia was very pleasant. The staff is professional; they listened to my needs that made my decision easy. When I picked up my car, I was in and out within 90 mins. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Also, Tyler went the extra mile to connect my Bluetooth and show me some of the basic features in my car.

When I service my vehicle at this location, they do a great job. They don't rip you off like some other dealerships wanting you to do work that is really not necessary. Everyone is so nice here, I feel really great and appreciated when I leave.

Every time I take my Kia Sorento in for service, everyone treats me with respect & attentiveness. They also explain what they are doing before they start servicing the vehicle so I understand. Great waiting room with coffee an snacks! Clean & comfortable environment !

I have bought Many new cars over the years and have always felt I was getting cheated out of a better deal. But this experience was so fast no haggling the first price brought to me was outstanding so no wasting time going back and forth. But truly it was a delight to work with Tyler lepage he is a outstanding young man and I am so glad he was our salesperson! He made the experience enjoyable ! Also Will in fiance was very nice and personable! Kia should be proud of the customer service that was given!

I HAD A SPECIFIC VEHICLE IN MIND TO PURCHASE AND THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT HAVE. THEY WORKED VERY HARD TO LOCATE THE EXACT UNIT I WANTED AND DROVE MANY MILES TO PICK IT UP. WITHIN 36 HOURS OF MY FIRST VISIT THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED AND THE DEAL WAS CLOSED WITH NO HITCHES!

Low pressure light came on while driving kids to camp. Dropped them off and straight to Lou Sohb Kia. Right in for service, time for one free coffee and on my way. One nail removed and patch installed. Excellent!

John was very thorough, and friendly. My car service was complete at accurate time frame. Will definitely be going back to get my car serviced there.

From the moment you walk through the service department door, you are made to feel welcome. My service manager (David) was very helpful and explained what I needed to have done, saving me money compared to what I thought needed to be done that would have cost me more. I am very satisfied with this dealership service and would recommend them to people.
