The process was a little long, but the end result was good. It was a Sunday and the dealership was extremely busy. Ralph was wonderful and I could not have asked for a better salesman. He is very well versed in his brand and in car sales overall. This is my third Kia and I plan to continue to purchase this brand in the future. When I return to Lou Sobh I will ask for him personally.

I appreciate the Lou Sobh Kia team for being upfront and honest with me. I took my daughters 2006 Kia Sorrento in to be checked for a timing belt issue. Although I did not like the outcome in terms of what I had to spend to get the vehicle repaired I appreciated the honesty of Jonathan Handman and his professionalism in dealing with me. One thing that stood out when I arrived was that the service team at Lou Sobh Kia were quick to greet me and get me in and out in quick fashion. I appreciate that as I deal with customers in my line of work and that is not always the case.
