Purchase of Kia Soul 2015
Yesterday our daughter purchased a new Kia Soul, with the help of her Father, from Lou Sobh Kia in Cumming, Ga. We were helped by Marty McCall who was wonderful. She walked our daughter through the entire sale and thoroughly explained everything every step of the way. When the car was ready to go Marty sat in the car with our daughter and helped her get everything set up, explained every detail of the car and got her phone set up with the Blue Tooth so she had music and phone as soon as she left the dealership. We never once felt hurried or that we were being a bother even though it was 8PM. Marty was extremely friendly and helpful. Robert Bapiste, the Sales Manager, continually checked with us to make sure everything was going according to schedule and was extremely helpful and friendly. He and my husband really connected, both through the car experience and the fact they are both Veterans. Lou Sobh Kia is very supportive of Veterans and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. Will, the Finance Manager, was also very thorough, going over all the paperwork to make sure we understood everything. He also is a Veteran and made us feel like we were the only people on his agenda. He made sure our daughter received every possible discount and consideration which was very appreciated as she is single and every penny counts. I usually Dread the thoughts of going to a car dealership to put together a purchase, I'd rather go to the dentist for a root canal! I must say this experience was quite pleasant and not stressful at all. The entire staff we dealt with at Lou Sobh Kia was first class in every way. Excellent Experience
We were interested in a used Ford Flex. JP was our salesman and Robert was the Sales Manager. They were professional but personal. They listened to what we wanted to drive off the lot price wise and they made it happen. There was no hassle and going back and forth. We appreciated that so much. It was an excellent experience and we would return when we desire to trade. A wonderful experience and was so refreshing from the norm. Kuddos to Robert & JP.

Great experience
Never have I had such an easy time purchasing a vehicle. Our sales associate Chris Gardner was very relaxed and easy going. No high pressure sales. He listened to what we wanted, and knocked it out of the park on his first try! Thank you Chris and thank you Lou Sohb for allowing us to have a great car buying experience!

Great dealership - will be getting all of my Kias
Very professional and service oriented. Welcomed my "transfer" car into their care and treated it as if it was purchased there. When I am ready for my next car purchase - they will be the dealership I go to.

Kia sportage
Chris Gardner was terrific. Low key and no pressure. I hope I have the opportunity to deal with him again. My only criticism is trying to understand kia's warranties. Not easy to understand.

Excellent Experience at Lou Sobh Kia
Buying my new 2015 Kia Soul at Lou Sobh Kia was a great experience! I was quickly able to find the exact car I wanted and Kia's warranties cannot be beat! Everyone is professional and treats you like family. Larry Levin and Chad Calhoun made picking out a car very easy and were helpful in educating me on all the features of my new car. The sales associates are extremely knowledgable about their vehicles and will help you find your perfect car. Sales Manager Robert Baptiste was a joy to work with and made financing a breeze. I am extremely pleased with my experience and I sent my Dad in two days later to buy his new Soul! Recall Servise
I stopped by in the AM because I had a letter from KIA about a recall, They gave me an appointment for the same day in the afternoon. Was told it will take about one hour plus a few Minutes. The car was ready as promised they even had the car washed. The also checked the car to see if anything needs attention. Everything was fine and I was Happy.

Lou Sobh Kia
I took my car in for a recall on the gear shift. Jonathan at Lou Sobh Kia is very pleasant to work with. He didn't do any repairs before contacting me ahead of time regarding the cost and need. They escorted me to work and had everything completed by lunch time. I highly recommend this team.
