I have been taking my Nissan Sentra SR to this place for years. The staff is very courteous and they treat your car like their own. Highly recommended.
I bought a two-year-old Rogue, 2016, when I got home I noticed that there were small chips all over the car, but the worst part is that the front bumper... keeps on coming off, apparently it was in an accident in the lower part of the bumper had a big hole that it looks like they spray-painted around the whole to make it look like it was a quick fix, unfortunately the clips holding the bumper keep on getting loose and I have to snap in the bumper everyday when I come home from work, another horrible experience with his dealership is I was told that if you take out a loan as opposed to purchasing the full vehicle you would get back $500 back, after waiting at least 3 months, to pay off the loan, two weeks after I received my first bill I called Nissan headquarters and they told me that what the dealership said was completely wrong, you can pay off the whole loan now, and not get any form of penalty for paying it off early I have called the dealership serval times and no one has ever returned my call horrible experience do not buy a Nissan from this dealership

I drove 6 hours to get to the dealership. The car was not as described, as the entire thing was to be repainted. It was not. They touched up the roof,... but the remainder of the car was in poor condition paint wise. I accepted the car anyway. About 3 hours into my ride home I noticed the air conditioning did not work. There was also an issue with a wheel bearing, that caused a of noise and odd feel when driving on the highway. Everyone there will not return my calls after initially the manager said they would "make it right" and "help me out". So all said, the air , busted tire from a broken wheel bearing, the bearing itself, brakes, and rotors is costing me $2000. This place is awful....

After putting a down payment on a vehicle, I had a delay in getting to the dealership to complete he process. I was basically strong armed into taking... their financing offer because another sales person had someone coming to look at the car before the 48 hour hold had even expired. Very bad business practice in my opinion. I would not recommend this dealer to another person nor would I return to purchase another vehicle. I can say that the salesperson I worked with was sympathetic to my frustrating experience.
First of all I like to thank Melissa Summers for her professional and human approach . In March ,2017 I called Nissan Dealership in Dearborn in regard... to an advertising I heard on radio. Melissa was on top of her job answering all my questions in short period of time. At that time I was not ready to bay or lease a car, nevertheless Melissa from time to time will call me to inform me for new promotions they had at that time .These calls sounded more friendly calls then sales calls without any pushing or promising false info to lure customers in their dealership. Last week i did visit the showroom thanks to Melissa . In the showroom I was helped by Mostapha and Samar who found for me the car I wanted and the price i could afford . Deal was great but mos important all the above people I worked with were even greater. After few days I did send my brother and my sister in law in the same dealership, they ended up leasing new car from the same people . I forget to mentioned that i leave some distance from dealership and in my vicinity i have 3 Nissan dealerships and non of them were even closer to what i was looking . To all three of the people i worked please do not change anything in your sales approach, be human,and keep doing what you doing because you are doing great job.
I've never been to a Nissan dealership before but Samar Taha made my experience great. I let her know what features I would like and she found my car.... I also spoke with Mike Gurny whom let me think about my purchase overnight with no pressure for the sale. I haven't been in the market for a car in over 10 years but this dealership made the event very easy. It was a Certified 2014 Altima S. If you are in need of a Great New or Used car, don't waste your time! Start with the best. All Pro Nissan of Dearborn. TWO THUMBS UP !
Let me start off by saying I hate going to dealerships. My husband and I constantly get lied to by salespeople anywhere from how nice the car is to the... old "oh it just sold" tactic . We were pleasantly surprised to come across All Pro Nissan in Dearborn. We were greeted upon arrival by the manager Jay and from that moment on, he made us feel like family. The salesman Joe was new but Jay made sure we were taken care of. The vehicle we came to see was not only as described in the listing but it was WAY nicer . Aside from all that, this dealers prices were cheaper than other dealers and All Pro even gave us free lifetime oil changes. We felt appreciated and we never once was pressured or mislead in any way.Evan the business Manager guy that talked funny was nice. Great job Jay and the whole team at All Pro

I have been shopping around for the past 4 months to find a durable sharp looking SUV and was very discouraged with the," Big Three" selection of: poor... salesmanship, prices, gimmicks, employees' and friends and family discounts, hidden fees, down payments etc. until one day I was reading, The Detroit News and came across a very impressive Ad of, ALL PRO NISSAN. I called and spoke with the receptionist, Valerie and was very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I went in the next day and was greeted warmly by, Bobbi and Walter. I felt as though I have known them my whole life and felt extremely comfortable with discussing my interest in the ROGUE. I leased it today and I am extremely thrilled with my new SUV and everybody that works at this State-of-the-Art Dealership!!! I will look no further, from now on for me, my family & friends I will not go anywhere else for future vehicles! My new family is definitely, ALL PRO NISSAN! I have owned Mercedes, BWW's, Corvettes, Jeep Grand Cherokees and I am so very happy with my new Nissan Rogue but most of all, I am happy with my new family Bobbi, Walter & Valerie! They are truly AWESOME!!!
