Service dept the best..

Ric in service is fantastic, he should be service manager. I'm closer to Corsicana but the owner is a thief and very hard on his people.

A "shout out" to Rick and the gentleman who was working...

A "shout out" to Rick and the gentleman who was working with Rick in service yesterday, Thursday, 22 Apr 2021. I had been in a couple of weeks before to get a tire rotation. I was experiencing a shimmy in the steering wheel and was pretty sure I could get some help with that. The gentleman who was assisting Rick got down on his knees to inspect the front tires. He found that I had a nail/bolt in the right front tire. This was a problem that I would not have known about had it not been for his diligence and effort to address the "shimmy" I was reporting. Rick stepped up and said they would balance the tires and repair the nail situation. In a short time, Rick suggested that I take a short ride, me driving, with him to make sure the problem had been solved to my satisfaction. The shimmy was gone, the nail situation resolved and there was no charge. This quality of service will get me back to Toyota Palestine for any future service or truck purchase in the future. Thanks Rick and assistant for supreme quality service. Craig D. Caldwell, Rusk, Texas.

Fantastic Customer Service

I purchased a 2018 Tacoma recently, and was impressed with the speed and ease of my purchase. They had us in and out in what seemed like minutes. We added new tires to it, and took It in for an alignment. The service manager came out to greet us himself, talked with us about our truck and made us feel right at home. The waiting are is very clean, and several employees said Hi to us while waiting. We will be back for all service needs.

Went to get my oil changed at 10:15 am on my new car had a part that was broken asked for price to fix it. When I went to leave still didn't have a price for me and that was an hour and half later. The service lady called the parts department and said the customer is ready to leave can you give her a price he told her that he couldn't at the moment. She said she would have to call me back on Friday it's now Monday and I still have no price. Will not go back there again, the wash was awful on my car plus when I left the dealership my tire light came on leads me to believe you didn't Check my tire pressure at all. Guess that's why I didn't buy my car there and I will drive to Tyler to get my oil changes from now on because they have the best service and they value the customer.

I'm a loyal Toyota buyer, and will buy another in

I'm a loyal Toyota buyer, and will buy another in the future. But never again from McLarty. Horrible management and they do not stand behind their word. Sales manager, Brandon White, needs to learn a little more about customer service and the importance of customer satisfaction. Very disappointed with the whole ordeal. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you as more than just another sale, this is not the place!

We have explained several times we can't help with adding window tint that doesn't meet state requirements and the car has window tint on it which was already in place when you bought the car, you asked afterwards for new tint which two managers told you no and you kept calling and another manager who is no longer here supposedly told you yes but we have no intention of violating any state requirements to make you happy, again we are sorry your unhappy but there is nothing we can do to make you happy because we will not be adding or paying to have tint added to your car that doesn't meet the standard of the State.
