My engine had to be replaced, thankfully under warranty, and Jim Burke Ford was great. The only downfall is that they don’t cover a rental car. I believe... in situations like mine and the car is being repaired for something that went wrong and the engine problem was Fords responsibility, I believe they should also cover the rental. But, the customer service was great and my car was finished in a week! Thanks!
I have purchased many cars in my life time and none of those purchases have been particularly fun. Sometimes pleasant sometimes not, but never fun. I recently... had the pleasure of meeting J.D. Mealer at Jim Burke Lincoln on Gasoline Alley. JD is friendly and professional, but most of all, patient. He showed my wife and my self several cars which we test drove. He prepared purchase figures for each car that we showed interest in. Unable to make a decision, we returned the next day and took a Nautilus on an extended test drive. We chose the Nautilus and JD walked us through the leasing process, making it a pleasant experience for us. We are very thankful for the help he provided us. It turned out to be a fun experience.
I had both Jonah and Steven; both were polite, professional, asked questions and gave you time to answer before suggesting everything under the sun. They... were both very helpful in finding me the right truck for my needs and the color I wanted. Jonah even set up the Ford app for me to get things rolling out the door. Would definitely recommend either of these two fine young gentlemen.
My salesman, Eric Masese, was wonderful with excellent customer service. This is the second vehicle we have leased with Eric’s help. He knows his job... and the vehicles he sells. Not all salesmen offer the “high level” of knowledge as Eric! In May of 2019, Eric listened to my desire for a 3.0 L AWD MKZ, but no such car was available at his dealership and/or in close proximity. Eric took my lists of options I wanted and “ordered” that vehicle for assembly, which arrived in perfect time for the end of my three year lease of another MKZ. I was under no obligation to purchase this vehicle, which was comforting. The new MKZ is black on black and beautiful - thanks Eric so much and we’ll buy again from him at the end of this new lease.
Salesman Jonah is the best and Finance Manager made whole experience enjoyable, polite, and professional. Jonah showed us all the features and set us up... with Lincoln app and is readily available to answer questions. For any women who want a non-chauvinist attitude, these two were terrific.
I went in for service all the bays were empty after an hour and 20 minutes I was told that I needed front brakes and rotors. I asked about the rear brakes... and was told they were in the yellow. I told them to do the rear as well and told them I had no emergency brake left and to adjust it when doing the rear brakes. I got a call later saying my rear brake shoe was broken and needs replaced. This means I had no rear brakes and they would have sent me home with just front brakes if I had not told them to change the rear brakes. This should have been caught during the service. When I got home guess what my emergency brake goes to the floor. These people are incompetent. There quality control is very poor.

Brought my Fusion in for a turn signal replacement. I was in a hurry because I was leaving town and didn’t want to drive LA freeways without a turn signal.... They quickly and cheerfully accommodated my needs.
T. Cox does a great job with assisting me with service of both our Escapes. This last visit was for recall work on my 2014 Escape. The suv is working well.
Our salesman was wonderful. Worked really hard to get everything I wanted on my car. He kept in contact with me for updates .always courteous and patient... with me.
