    I got my vehicle check engine lights repaired at drop off I was told 1 price of my total repairs, I agreed . When I came to pick up car the total was 800$... more ... upon checking at the part prices I realized that they were over charging me for parts, I looked up the same parts from the Audi website they were cheaper as a result I purchased a 35$ part that they were charging me 500$ to repair . I suggest that anyone who needs replacement parts buy the parts online and you could pick it up at the same dealership you’re taking your car too save yourself hundreds

    We were looking for a certified pre-owned 2017 Audi Q7. We found the car at Valencia Audi online at Cars.com, and their pricing was one of the more competitive... ones. We worked with Rickie, the sales person, who was extremely helpful and straight forward to deal with. The overall buying process was very efficient, we did not spend a lot of time reaching a deal and they followed through with the after buying process very well. Overall, I am very happy with Valencia Audi.

    I had to turn in a vehicle with A LOT of negative equity and Keyes Audi in Valencia was able to not only help me out, but also put me into an almost brand... new A3. Could not have been more impressed with their ability to work with me and their patience. Looking forward to buying my future Audi vehicles from here!

    My wife bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Valencia and we can’t even begin to describe what a great experience it was. Between the two of us, we have purchased... over 10 cars, and this was by far the most seamless of them all. Our sales guy Kevin was beyond knowledgeable in helping us choose the Audi that best suited our needs and described all of the vehicle features in detail and demonstrated how they all worked. We got the car at a rate we were very happy with, with very little hassle. As if that wasn’t enough, the finance process was a complete breeze and signing the papers took no time at all. If you’re looking for a very professional, friendly dealership that doesn’t feel scummy like some of the others, THIS is the place for you. You will not leave disappointed!

    Pathetic service, went in for a simple oil change. Website says they match price any Audi dealer. When I got there they tried to claim that that was wrong... and they only match other Keyes dealers which is not what the site says. After about 30 minutes I get a phone call saying they are going to charge me an addiotional $35 to reset my oil light. I have owned Audis for 10 years now and have never had this happen. Seems like they are desperate for cash. I'll take the extra time and take my business to the valley next time.
