Brought a 2017 Cadillac had so many issues and multiple check engine codes as soon as I drove it off the lot, had to pay thousands of dollars to get fixed , they do not care about customers once they sign the papers

Avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid this place like the plague. Jason was the most horrible experience. I even suspect Jason was a fictitious alias which was given on purpose. He refused to share information about the price unless I send him photos of my driver's license. He continuously interrupted me, saying the finance. department needs full disclosure about me since I'm out of state. No customer service skills. First impressions are the most important, and in this case, he ruined his dealership's image with me.

Price Change (Listing Price / Bill of Sale) In

Price Change (Listing Price / Bill of Sale) In December 2024 my husband and I purchased a vehicle ( Mercedes S550) from Prime Motors. This was a great purchase so we decided to go back here on June 2, 2025 to purchased our son a vehicle (Tesla Model Y). From the first good experience dealing with salesmen Richard, we decided to work with him again. Richard was good on both purchases but once we got to the Finance Department on the second purchase (Steven) the vehicles sales price changes on the Bill of Sale to $30,200.00 that was listed online and in text/email correspondence for $24,950.00. A total difference of $5,250.00. The dealership basically charged double in fees (totaling $12,000) for Sales Tax, Registration Fee, Processing Fee, Title, Gap Insurance, and Appearance Protection Fee. When my husband and I contracted Prime Motors the next day they stated that Steven was out of the office for the next 2 days because his bother had a baby. When we finally were able to contact Steven (3 days later) in the Finance Department he stated that he added hidden fees in the sale price of the car. This is illegal in the state of Virginia…all items charged in the sale are to be listed on the itemized lines of the bill of sale. When questioning Steven about this he became very rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone. I have reported this to our loan company and the Better Business Bureau.
