Tanner was super thorough and genuinely wants the best for his customers. He not only showed me Derrow Shirkey’s prices, but also competitor prices, which they almost always beat. The process was SO smooth thanks to Tanner. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone if you want a respectful young man that gets people what they want at a great price!

Tanner was great to buy from made sure we had what we needed and had got all the paper work done ahead of time so I only spent about a half at the dealership

Bought the car, Tanner kept my license. When I called he took 20 min to find it and promised to send it out the next day. Called a week later, was told it had gone out yesterday. It’s now been two and a half weeks, no license. Going to get a new one today. Long story short, once they get your money, expect nothing from them, that’s what you will get.

This was one of the easiest car purchases I’ve had in recent memory. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I drove 4 hours and the salesman meet me on a Sunday ( dealership closed) just to fit my schedule. The vehicle was clean and just what was expected. My old truck was falling apart on us and the costly repairs kept adding up so we decided to put an investment into a newer used vehicle. We worked with a newer salesman named Tanner who was absolutely excellent. At first we didn't agree with the financial closer's terms and walked away, but Tanner wouldn't quit & kept trying to work out a deal with us and the management there. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have been able to agree on a great deal on our new truck. As a whole the dealership is pretty firm on their prices, but they are very reasonable and still willing to work with you if you are a serious buyer. Definitely would recommend and continue doing business with Derrow-Shirkey Ford Lincoln!
