Flew in from out of town. Jerked around about an issue that was supposed to be resolved by the time I got there. Jerked around enough to Uber back to the... airport and FLY back home instead of drive back in my new ride. Poor.

Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30... minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. Highly recommend this dealer and please ask for skip.
Frank Elizondo is an excellent salesman. I first became interested in the vehicle a couple years ago, but wasn't ready to buy until recently. Frank made... a good impression on my first visit to Jaguar Land Rover. I stayed in touch with him, and when it came time to buy, he made everything work out smoothly. He's very courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and I highly recommend JLR Annapolis and Frank in particular!

We were met by Robert Carter on a snowy Saturday afternoon. He couldn't have been more helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. The experience of test... driving went so well. Both my husband and I drove the vehicle and were thrilled with it. The decision to buy that day was made and the process of purchase went without a snag. The other staff members, Skip and the Finance Officer were awesome as well. They even gave us $5.00 for the toll home when we realized we only had one E-Z Pass. Will never forget their kindness.
Had a terrific experience. This is my second purchase from them. Looked at stock on -line, chose vehicle of interest, easily submitted credit application... and the dealership responded the next day. I spoke with Robert and old golfing partner and friend who led the charge and got approval the same day. The vehicle is everything I wanted and am very satisfied with entire staff and process.
I received my initial call and was a little apprehensive, but upon arriving at the dealership, I was immediately put at ease. Reason being, dealing with... the car buying process is one of my pet peeves. I knew an inside guy yes, but the sales person that I dealt with was very open and direct in letting me know what can they do to fulfill my needs and walk out with the vehicle of my choice. We went back and forth and the process was in play, but being I bought used, we both compromised. We met in the middle and both parties were completely satisfied with even more than what was expected. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable on the vehicle itself and wasn't afraid to seek guidance on my behalf for the little detailed questions as well. The salesman even went out his way to personally come pick me up the following day due my not having a ride to pick up my new/used vehicle. Please note that this was over an hour long to and from, but the salesman remain professional in every way. Upon arrival back to the dealership, the car was awaiting in the covered bay for me. We went over the vehicle thoroughly and all was explained in detail. Tags placed and I was on my way feeling very relieved that I made a great purchase and the customer service couldn't get any better than what I received. Thank you Annapolis Land Rover.
My sales rep was Robert Carter. We ordered the new Discovery and it was delivered in about 3 months. Option for the roof was not available from the factory... so the dealership had it painted for me here in MD and delivered it exactly as I had envisioned. The process was easy and the customer service excellent. Andre, the Encore Representative (explains functions of the car) came to my home was was patient and went over every detail of the car for me. There are a lot of features to remember but Andre is on call as well as the owners manual and a special website to help you with questions. I would highly recommend.
