Horrible experience! Got a quote for over $1000, same quote from Firestone $295. Came in ONLY for a quote but they proceeded to do an oil change and then charge me for it. Manager was useless and would not help resolve anything. Would not give me my car back until I paid for the oil change I did not need, want or ask for. Feels like they try to take advantage of women.
