Assistant Manager (He had a biblical name)

The representatives that answered the phone and provided the wrong information caused me to have a hard time to get my vehicle fixed. I was lucky to get Isiah the assistant manager. He gave me reassurance that my car was in the write hands. He even provided information for future repairs. I was never given that a dove when I had repairs on my car last year. You guys have to do better with informing customers of all options. It?s not right and you never know what financial bind someone is in. Options matter my vehicle is important I paid for it cause I need it. But to know I have options of a repayment and wasn?t informed is wrong. But I had a good experience with him. Thank you again. Wind deflector

I had a part put on my car. The person in the service department l was not very nice. He ask me where I bought my car from. I told he not from here . He said why didn?t I take to where I bought the car. I went to a manager and he took care of the problem. Not very happy service department.

2013 GMC matter of a radio n 3 other things listed

I purchase car in September 2021 upon getting car notice some repair I address car needed 2 months later radio stop working took it in Gerald Crawford ignored the situation November sitting in car with my 79yo mom every time I went in for something she accompanied me n seen it all. I was called back in December for the radio to be look at n they stated it's been ordered by Tim Penn but I been in 4x got brakes n rotor done n again oil change still saying waiting for radio n it's been ordered it's been 4 months n still havent gotten the radio they suppose to order in December 2021. Plus I came in to get another key n remote 3 months after purchasing car n awaiting for key n remote to be made n program they do a car inspection on my car without my permission then give me the remote n xtra key along with saying I need new brakes n rotor front n rear which they fix on January 3 2022. Also stated I need new tires I went elsewhere n stated chain something n I have a oil leak back in November which I just found out on march 13th no warranty on the chain n oil leak but told me it would cost 3 thousand something which I believe they knew my time chain n oil leak n radio n opposite side of window n right bumper all was messed up n they knew about n did nothing to help. Once this time change n oil leak I'll like to get help with n I'll be purchasing my own radio cuz I think they been lying for 4 months now. I then they email me saying them people left but they are still there tim penn, n gerald Crawford n I'm beginning to think Ms miller aware of it all n all a game. I was thinking about looking for a better car n not pay for this loan n drop this xxxx back on their lot. But once I I pay it off I'll never purchase another car from this place n will tell many love ones n co workers n other car dealer my experience with this car dealership. N reccomend them n others go elsewhere I probably was better off getting another kia which mine was stolen n tore up maybe next time Chrysler or carmax been a better choice then griffin service sucks no last time I went in was march 13th for oil chang due to the oil leak. They avoided me n stayed in hes office but didnt speak or come out m say nothing bout the radio I been waiting for 5 months now tim penn need to be fired as well.

Unauthorized credit inquiry

I received notification that a hard inquiry was done on my credit report by this dealership. I never knowingly authorized this as I was not considering a Chevrolet and this dealer is out of my area anyway. I called their finance department and got some idiot who downplayed the entire thing. They are somehow doing business underhanded, my advice stay far away.

They sent us a screenshot of the form you completed (with your social security number) showing a required box that is checked saying "...FAF's partners may obtain my credit report...", plus your consent to be contacted by up to "five participating dealers". We would suggest that you reach out to our General Manager, Brad Krebs, who may now have a resolution for you to this problem. Thank you.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had a very horrible experience here. I had been speaking back and forth with a salesman named Stephen Iwen for about 3 weeks. I filled out a credit application online and saw there ad for a push pull drag offer of $3,100 for your trade and $1,000 down payment match. He told me the ad was no longer running but that his manager would extend the offer for me. They are 57 miles away from me so I made sure to ask all the important questions. We started with a car that I was interested in- the Trax. With the 2019 Trax there was also incentives of $4,250. So the price was around $19k and some change before taxes and title. I was told by this Stephen Iwen that I was approved through GM Finance for this particular vehicle (with a stock number). I drove 57 miles in my very subpar running car with all my documents. 3 people had to take the day off of work so I could go there. I get there and he’s busy closing a deal. I then ask if someone else could help me. 10 minutes later I’m test driving the pre approved/preselected vehicle and I like it. Katherine (new sales person) comes back with totally different numbers. I then give her my emails from Stephen and show her what it is supposed to be. Then about 5 minutes later they tell me I wasn’t approved. I had to drive 57 miles back in this shaky car and waste my day and two others day. When I get home my fiancé calls the finance manager Chris and fills him in on the shady business that’s going on he apologized and said if I come back he will honor the deal. He just needs a verification letter from the new job I’m starting. Bottom line is they didn’t want to honor the incentives with the trade even though they told me prior to my arrival that they would. The salesman lied about the approval or the used car manager lied about the denial because they didn’t want to honor the price. Either way it was all together shady!! I would recommend finding a more honest dealership. It costs me and others hundreds of dollars for their lies.
