Very nice person and willing to help Satisfy the customers need.. My experience at this dealership was awesome.. And I would recommend friends and family members..
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS. Ive had my car for less than 90 days and my transmission is going out!!! I should’ve known something was wrong when they failed to register my car but to have transmission problems THIS SOON! Then I attempted to contact them and they’ve disappeared! No one is answering the phone and they’re no longer at the location. They’ve changed locations TWICE in 90 days and are now nowhere to be found. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!
Whatever you do, DON'T go here for your car.
I found myself here looking for a used car in February of this year. When none of the cars on the lot met my budget, I thanked the salesperson for their time and went to leave, only to be chased down by the salesperson who said his boss may have something for me after all. They took me to the back to show me an old beat up Nissan Altima. I did not care how the car looked, I wanted something that ran. I told them it was really important I had a vehicle that was reliable and that did not have a lot of problems. They assured me that this car was a good car, that it had been looked over by licensed mechanics and that the quality of the car was good, it was just ugly and old. They told me the car had been traded in by a well known friend. I ended up buying the car. My first mistake was actually continuing with the purchase when they had to charge the battery. The salesperson blamed the cold weather and said that the car had been sitting for a couple of weeks. It sounded reasonable. However, since February, I have replaced: The battery, 2 motor mounts, radiator hoses, an axle, the catalytic converter, tie rod ends (inner and outer), bearings, sensor for the fans, temp gauge, the crankshaft sensor, rear brakes, front brakes, AND I have an overheating issue, a freon leak, an oil leak, a brake fluid leak, and there is an electrical problem somewhere that is causing my car to get no spark and no fuel. I'm praying it isn't a computer issue. All of this in less than 10 months. This car seems like it was held together with glue just get it to go long enough to get it off the lot. I'm a single mother with two children, a full time college student, and I pleaded with this owner not to sell me a piece of crap - and he did. Took full advantage over my TRUST for their honesty. To make matters worse, when I brought to their attention that my battery was basically dead within the first month, they offered to replace it AT COST. Not replace it for free since they sold me a car with a bum battery, but at cost. These people are liars, they do NOT care about you as the customer, and they are completely unwilling to right their wrongs in order to be deserving of their business name. I blame myself for trusting a used car dealer. But I seriously did not expect these people would mirror their behavior after Danny DeVito in Matilda.
Great Customer Service
They are willing to work with you as much as they can and are very understanding of your financial situation. Very personable and friendly. Scott was a great person to deal with and really made you feel important.
Repairs resolved by owners
I had some issues and repairs owed on a 2011 Nissan Versa I purchased there and I gave a bad review after making several trips to get repairs done with no resolution. I reach out to the owners and I let them know my repairs were needed and let them know my problems I had with their staff. The owner not knowing my situation, simply listened & learned my issues, both Mrs. & Mr. Lane begin to resolve them immediately. The owners took great care of me and the issues I had. The car runs good. They definitely kept their word and I would purchase another vehicle from Trust Capital Automotive Group again. They were very nice, honest, helpful and concern. Made me feel like family and gave me gift card to enjoy dinner on them for my inconvenience. Thanks again.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I saw the car posted online and I went to check it out. We were greeted by a salesman name Scott. Very Friendly, however he either is a bold face liar or he has no clue what is going on at his place of business! The car had a few small dings but It was the kind of stuff you expect when buying a cheaper used car. We test drove the car and it seemed to drive good. While on the test drive my dad ask him. If the car had been serviced? Scott told him YES all of our cars are put through a strict inspection by a licensed mechanic before we put them on the lot. (Which is also stated on their webpage) So after the test drive we talked money and decided to go ahead and purchase the Vehicle. With in 6 hours of leaving the lot the check engine light comes on!!!! I took it to Goodyear and had them put it on the diagnostic machine and discovered it was the catalytic convertor. I decided then to take it to a mechanic I have used for years and have him check it out. He said it definitely needed a new catalytic convertor and that the only way it could have passed emissions was if they had reset the check engine light! We went back up there immediately and talked to Scott he said we would need to talk to his manager Mrs. Lane, stating he is sure they would be willing to help fix the situation since they are so big on making the customer happy. So we sat and waited on her to get there. She finally showed up and gives us some spill about how she was so sorry that had happened but unfortunately they had just got the car we bought in the day before and it had sold before they really had a chance to inspect it! So of course I said wait a minute YOUR Salesman said every car is inspected before it is put on the lot. I wouldn't have bought it if I had been told the TRUTH! She said well he was mistaken since we just got that car it hadn't been done yet. My response was then you shouldn't have been advertising it! She then said that she would talk to their General Manager and see if there as anything they could do to help me out. Claiming they like to make the customer happy. (Where have we heard this before!) After about 4 days of me calling over and over I finally get an response from Mrs. Lane saying she had talked to their GM and he wanted me to take it to their licensed mechanic and have him check it out. So I schedule to bring it in the next day. An hour before the appointment I get a call from Mrs. Lane saying well I talked Richard our Mechanic and he said the GM told him he wasn't allowed to look at the car and that it was sold as is. She then assured me that she was going to talk to him again and see what could be done. A few days later she calls back and told me to take it up there that the GM had agreed to let him look at it. So I drive up to the location to only be turned away again by a young man who told me that unfortunately Richard had a family emergency and had to leave but that he would be back first thing in the morning. (Ok things happened. I give them the benefit of the doubt) I saw up the next morning finally meet Richard. All he does it put it on his diagnostic machine and go yep it needs a new Catalytic Convertor. Let me go talk to my manager. So about 15 minutes later his manager comes over there and says well you need to get a Catalytic Convertor but it was sold as is so there is nothing we can do about it. Beside we were able to make it pass emissions so its your problem now. (Notice he said we were able to MAKE it pass) I called him out on it and he then says well I didn't mean it that way, but either way there is nothing we can do for you. So my response was "so in other words the Trust in your name should really be UNTRUSTWORTHY" At which point he just grinned and walked away. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A PROJECT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Name should be UNTRUSTWORTHY!
Salesman Scott said all cars are looked at by a licensed mechanic. So we bought the car 6 hrs later check engine lights on! The GM Tshawnda Lane says oh well we never looked at that car we just got it yesterday. Sorry but their is nothing we can do. Well if that's the case you shouldn't have listed it for sale until you looked at it or at least have your salesman tell the truth and not lie and say it was looked over! Had my mechanic look at it. I need a new caytalic converter all they did was reset the check engine light then passed emissions on it! They have their own shop that does repairs and service. Imagine that! They are a bunch of liars and crooks don't purchase a car from them unless you are wanting to purchase something you are going to have to fix yourself!
Don't go to this Dealership. Ms. Lane will sell you a car that runs great but most importantly, hidden damages and want to go around what you are saying. RUNNNNN!! My name is Anonymous and I approve this message.
Great place and Great people
I purchased a used car from here in 2015 (Trust Capital) a 2006 Nissan Sentra and this car has been GOOD to me the only thing I have bought for this car is gas, and 1 tire because I picked up a nail they are great to work with and will do all they can to get you into a vehicle and yes I recommend them over and over again. Thanks Trust Capital
