A quick shout-out for Ric Formann who sold me a BMW X5 in late August'18. I signed all the papers and drove off with high expectations. Two days later... I noticed smoke coming from the front end. I called Ric and he assured me that it would be taken care of, and it was. He arranged for the minor valve repair without charge. That's customer service!
I absolutely love my 4 runner, the company does very well making sure they sell quality vehicles. The customer service was great and Vick is an excellent... salesman. I highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle to go see Vick!
I purchased a used vehicle from Mid-west Auto and started having issues in the first week. We contacted our sales rep and he didn't hesitate to help us... out. They definitely went above and beyond to help us. Repaired my vehicle at no charge. I am truly thankful for everything they have helped us with. We will definitely purchase a vehicle from Mid-wesr Auto in the future.
Inquired about a car they had listed received and received no response. Cannot speak to other aspects of the dealership but disappointed with the site.
My fiance and I worked with Vick to purchase a gorgeous 2008 VW Touareg. The dealership has a great inventory of pre-owned vehicles with a range of price... points. The indoor showroom is fabulous when the weather outside is less than agreeable and keeps the inventory out of the elements. The best part of the experience was the ease and speed with which we completed our purchase. It was one hour from the time we arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, completed the paperwork and were on our way home. A dealership that understands the busy lives of their customers and responds with a great product and efficient process is a dealership we'll definitely use again. Thanks Vick!!
From start to finish my experience with Midwest Auto Sales was great. I worked with Ric Fohrman who did a good job of communicating with us, presenting... different scenarios and answering all of our questions. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle.
Very helpful, none pushy relaxed atmosphere with nice indoor salesroom for a small facility. Our salesman Vick Singh was courteous and kind.
Purchasing my 4th car from them . Their vehicles never cease to amaze me
Bought a car in March, and by April it was not drivable. Called Vick Singh whom we bought it from, was not friendly and could care less, after all he... made his sale now no reason to care!!! Will never buy from them again And recommend people thinking twice about purchasing from them.
Greetings: This is Matt Edwards the owner of Midwest Auto Sales. I am not aware of any issues with your car that was sold here, and frankly with the ...anonymity of an online review, I don't know your name or car that you bought. While we do sell dozens of cars each month, I usually am apprised of any clients that are experiencing problems. We have access to parts, mechanics and knowledgible experts that can almost always drastically lessen the blow of any costly repairs. I would encourage you to contact me directly, as I ALWAYS want our clients to know that we do care, and we truly do! We have all been in the business for decades, and are realistic enough to know that things break, items are missed by mechanics, and most of all: the prior owner very well could have traded the vehicle in because of an issue that was not disclosed to us. Please call, email or text me. I would like to know what happened and why the vehicle was no longer driveable, and to apologize to you for any ill treatment you felt you received. Sincerely, Matt
I purchase a car at this dealer about 6 months ago. It came with a dealer inspection that indicated no drive ability issues. After buying the car I found... the clutch was worn out and shifting got very difficult. I also found the transmission needed new Scyros at the total cost of repairs at about $4,000. The inspection report also stated the brakes were in the upper end of thickness. When I brought the car to the dealer for the 80K maint. They informed me that the brake pads and rotors were worn out and needed to be replaced at the cost of $480. I mentioned this to Mid-West Auto and they did reimburse me for about $250. Again the inspection report stated the brakes were in the good range. I would not buy from this dealer again because there is very little recourse if you have an issue. If this was a name brand dealer there would have had some sort of short term warrantee where these items would have been covered. Lesson learned is never buy used car without getting an independent inspection on the car before you sign the dotted line.
Greetings, We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the vehicle that you bought. It is unfortunate that you experienced problems with the clutch..., but aside from having a vehicle inspected, (and you did), we would be unable to predict its longevity as well. Hope all is well now, and wish you years of pleasurable driving. Sincerely, Midwest Auto Sales
