I purchased a used vehicle from Mid-west Auto and started having issues in the first week. We contacted our sales rep and he didn't hesitate to help us out. They definitely went above and beyond to help us. Repaired my vehicle at no charge. I am truly thankful for everything they have helped us with. We will definitely purchase a vehicle from Mid-wesr Auto in the future.

So the salesmen were hands down very nice and helpful. I bought my car here exactly 3 weeks ago. They told me the vehicle was looked over very well by their mechanics. When I was test driving my car the check engine light came on. The ran the codes and took the top price off the asking price. Which I thought was awsome because it was an easy fix and i found parts cheaper then they did. Yesterday i went to change the part and found my exhaust manifold had a huge crack almost all the way around and it went all the way thru it. I am not very happy their mechanic didnt do his job at all! I love my car and I had a good experience while I was at the dealership. But a pot of the reviews say their are things that they lied about. Wont go to this dealer again!

A quick shout-out for Ric Formann who sold me a BMW X5 in late August'18. I signed all the papers and drove off with high expectations. Two days later I noticed smoke coming from the front end. I called Ric and he assured me that it would be taken care of, and it was. He arranged for the minor valve repair without charge. That's customer service!

I absolutely love my 4 runner, the company does very well making sure they sell quality vehicles. The customer service was great and Vick is an excellent salesman. I highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle to go see Vick!

Wouldn't sell me a vehicle bc he had a friend that wanted to purchase it. Wouldn't put me in touch with their manager. And their salesman are hands down the worst I have ever seen and talked to.

Inquired about a car they had listed received and received no response. Cannot speak to other aspects of the dealership but disappointed with the site.

My fiance and I worked with Vick to purchase a gorgeous 2008 VW Touareg. The dealership has a great inventory of pre-owned vehicles with a range of price points. The indoor showroom is fabulous when the weather outside is less than agreeable and keeps the inventory out of the elements. The best part of the experience was the ease and speed with which we completed our purchase. It was one hour from the time we arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, completed the paperwork and were on our way home. A dealership that understands the busy lives of their customers and responds with a great product and efficient process is a dealership we'll definitely use again. Thanks Vick!!

From start to finish my experience with Midwest Auto Sales was great. I worked with Ric Fohrman who did a good job of communicating with us, presenting different scenarios and answering all of our questions. I could not be more pleased with my vehicle.

Very helpful, none pushy relaxed atmosphere with nice indoor salesroom for a small facility. Our salesman Vick Singh was courteous and kind.
